Hark! Kate Gosselin Wants to Release Holiday Album

Kate Gosselin is looking to add "holiday crooner" to her resume! I've learned that the multi-talented reality star is itching to deliver a Christmas album chocked full of religious-y tunes. Let's go ahead and rule out Jon as her backup singer, but you better believe a certain octet will be front and center. Kate Plus Eight Plus Holiday Album?
Kate Gosselin wants to show America that it's not just her dance skills that are a hidden talent. Now, the famous mom and her eight adorable tots want to release a holiday CD packed full of all her favorite religious classics.
"Kate is pitching a CD of holiday songs sung by herself and all her children," a record executive tells me. "She sees herself as a modern day Maria from 'The Sound of Music,' except this time the family singers won't be the Von Trap family, they would be the Gosselins."
And it's not like Kate is the first reality star to release a record. Three of the ladies from Bravo's 'Real Housewives' franchise have put out singles (my ears!) and who can forget that Jessica Simpson, at the height of her reality show career, put out a Christmas CD where she sang 'The Little Drummer Boy' as a duet with lil' sis Ashlee. I swear to you this actually exists.
"Don't be fooled," a friend of Kate's tells me. "Kate sees herself as a brand. She knows her fifteen minutes are not going to last forever and wants to make the most of it. After all, it's Kate that's putting the food on the table for all those children."

I don't know how Kate finds the time to be a reality star, author, dancer, mother of eight and now singer, but let's all hope that her singing is a touch better than her dancing. Kate will have a little time to practice, as sources tell me that no major label has offered her a deal just yet. But just you wait until they hear those adorable little eight voices singing 'I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus'! How could anyone say no?
Vogue Chief Thinks Roger Federer Looks Sloppy
As tennis fans struggle to understand Roger Federer's implosion at Wimbledon this week, feared Vogue Editor-In-Chief Anna Wintour thinks she has the answer to fix his poor performance.
"Anna think Roger needs to cut his hair," one fashion insider tells me. "The reason his playing is sloppy is because he looks so sloppy. It doesn't take a genius to understand the impact that your physical appearance has on your performance. Weather you are a model or a tennis player, there is no excuse for not always looking your best."
Anna, who was seen watching Roger from the stands while feverishly working her Blackberry, has even found the perfect barber in London to help her tennis friend out. However, it looks like all advice is a little too late.
Federer was knocked out of the Wimbledon quarterfinals Wednesday by Thomas Berdych of the Czech Republic, 6-4, 3-6, 6-1, 6-4. This will be the first time since 2002 that Federer has not reached the Wimbledon final.
Oh well, at least the poor chap doesn't have to worry about a haircut for the next 12 months.

When will you Kate supporters finally believe the rest of us? This woman thinks of you "her fans" as a bunch of fools who will support her in anything she does. Shes laughing all the way to the bank and you are wasting your hard earned money to keep her living a lavish lifestyle when she is talentless. Enough already of this crazy woman. If shes such a talented singer, why not stand on her own and do it...why use her kids yet again? The answer is quite simple. The kids serve only one purpose....for Kate Gosselin to make big bucks.

Oh, this is so shameless! This is beyond "a lot of gall". She will do ANYTHING for more, more, more money; to keep her face in the news; using her kids! Is there going to be a video - "A Kate Plus 8 Christmas"? A TV special? What's next? Dance naked on pay per view? Stand on street corners all over the world with all those kids, begging for money? - She's doing this because even the lousiest singer makes a bundle when they put out a Christmas album. People will buy a CD of Christmas songs even if Charles Manson was singing them.

Everyone I know hugs and kisses their young children and grandchildren all the time. You never see that with her. I feel bad for them. As far as cashing in, who wouldn't if they could. I know it's gotta be better than a 9 to 5 job. Can't really hold that against her.

Oh my! Years ago when she had the six babies, she turned her back on her father, who was the minister of the church she belonged to because he accepted for her, 'donated, used and unmatching' baby cribs from his church members. She thinks that she is 'too good' for used, unmatching items and left the church, never to talk to her parents again. The same goes for her brother and his wife who, at one time, helped mind the children on the program. TLC told them that they were going to give them a paycheck too, and Kate just lost it and told them that the only ones making money on her children is her and Jon. She's not the sweet little self-sacrificing mother that she wants you to think, instead she is a greedy gold digger. Go away, Kate! I won't be watching you!
