Kristen Stewart Worries Fans Could 'Assassinate' Her

We may have discovered the reason behind
Kristen Stewart's serious look on the red carpet: She's worried the crush of fans and paparazzi could someday rise up and kill her!
The actress, who's been busy these days with 'Twilight'-related appearances, tells Britain's
Hello! magazine that she struggles to "keep myself from crying sometimes" at events upon realizing how quickly things could get ugly.
"I don't feel very comfortable on the red carpet," she said. "I look out there at a thousand people and I realize they could rush me and assassinate me. No security could protect me. Ostensibly they're fans, but I think about them turning on me."
At the Los Angeles premiere of 'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse' last week, Stewart smiled and appeared at ease while working the red carpet alongside co-stars Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner.
"It's a job," she told a reporter. "It's only crazy like this at these premieres, but otherwise I live a very normal life. I don't need anything else to ground me."
The film opened Wednesday and raked in a record $65 million at the box office, according to early estimates. Analysts expect it to ring up at least $150 million in its first five days, ensuring that the bankable Stewart will be walking red carpet for years to come.

I am glad, somebody helped me... Cat, he isn't handsome, why are people saying he is? He is funny looking...
Who is she and why is she so conceited? Certainly nothing to look at so why would there be any crowds?

Oh, for heaven sakes people stop being so cruel. You all act like this is her acting job. She is acting the part this way because it calls for this kind of reaction. Give her a break, please. I have learned that children, teens and young adults can really be cruel and hateful.
Not too sure about the source mentioned above, but RPatz said she was rushed at one event when Twilight first came out and security literally had to pick her up to get her out of the area. Understandably freaked her out and she was pretty traumatized.

Oh for heaven's sake. I mean I know (from knowing certain people) that it is pretty difficult dealing with crowds and fan adulation. But her reaction is like someone in a plane going repeating the mantra "this could crash". Well, sure it could. But the odds are SO small that your reaction is ridiculous.
I mean, she's a kid so cut her some slack, but it's pretty clear she chose the wrong profession.

I couldn't care less about her concerns. It's not her the fans go to see, anyway! My only issue is, if the paps/a.k.a. shutterbugs INSIST on shoving her ug-mug in everyone's faces, can she AT LEAST CLOSE HER F-UCKING UGLY MOUTH!? Her breath must be atrocious! =X

bYoung, finally someone who agrees with me in believing the part of Bella should NOT have gone to Kristen Stewart! There are so many people out there that just can't see beyond that smirk, to the bigger smirk inside... No wonder she's nervous, I'd be nervous also, if I looked like her, in was in the lead actress role of a supposedly gorgeous teen who falls for the most handsome boy in town (who just so happens to be a vampire). Point your fingers at the casting department on this one. Casting should have been a little more patient and interviewed prettier girls, more developed girls. I don't know. I just think they settled with Stewart. Don't get me wrong, she could out-act anyone on this earth, she's a great actress, but her looks don't match her acting ability!!

Exactly! This is why she is afraid.
actually, she has reason to feel like this! In America your biggest fans LOVE you today & HATE you tomorrow!

I honestly don't like her acting. They should of picked a better person to play bella, for some reason she only sucks in the Twilight saga but great in other movies. This is my opinion don't flip out over it.

That's probably because there isn't much to the 'Bella' character. It's hard to be a good actress when your character is that bland and uninspired.
There isn't much to bella it shouldn't be that hard to act normal. She OVER acts in the movie.
She has the right to her fears. I forgot the actresses name, but this actress in the 80's had some wacko 'fan' ran her door bell and shot her! She wasn't walking a 'red carpet' but in her own home answering the door bell. Ms. Stewart has all the rights to be cautious!

That was the girl that played the sister to Carol Anne in Poltergiest 1 & 2. She wasn't even really famous.
No, that wasn't the chick that played Carol Ann...that young lady died of an illness (cardiopulmonary arrest and intestinal stenosis)
The girl that Phil is referring to is Rebecca Schaeffer from My Sister Sam. She was killed by a stalker and her unfortunate situation was what prompted the stalker laws that are in effect today.
My apologies--I just realized you were referring to Dominique Dunn.
