Kristen Stewart Worries Fans Could 'Assassinate' Her

We may have discovered the reason behind Kristen Stewart's serious look on the red carpet: She's worried the crush of fans and paparazzi could someday rise up and kill her!

The actress, who's been busy these days with 'Twilight'-related appearances, tells Britain's Hello! magazine that she struggles to "keep myself from crying sometimes" at events upon realizing how quickly things could get ugly.

"I don't feel very comfortable on the red carpet," she said. "I look out there at a thousand people and I realize they could rush me and assassinate me. No security could protect me. Ostensibly they're fans, but I think about them turning on me."

At the Los Angeles premiere of 'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse' last week, Stewart smiled and appeared at ease while working the red carpet alongside co-stars Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner.

"It's a job," she told a reporter. "It's only crazy like this at these premieres, but otherwise I live a very normal life. I don't need anything else to ground me."

The film opened Wednesday and raked in a record $65 million at the box office, according to early estimates. Analysts expect it to ring up at least $150 million in its first five days, ensuring that the bankable Stewart will be walking red carpet for years to come.

Duuuuhhh...The answer to this bimbo's problem is simple. Stay the hell away from the media events and red carpet galas. BUT if she did, she wouldn't get all the attention from the fans she craves but fears. Can't have it both ways you bimbo. If you can't stand the heat, stay out of the kitchen.

why are people saying shes full of herself? um hello shes concerned for her well-being like any other human. you try being in front of almost thousand or more obsessed twilight fans and looking at their faces and thinking that it just takes one to get past the guards, and that one fan can make it danger because others will follow.

I like her cast as bella because she is negative in the book, negative and unsure and uses the crutch of jacob and edward. Instead of worrying about the movies, I am just focused on what came first the book(s), which as usual is far superior to the movie(s)...ps...bible dialogue is really not necessary here.

Wow, you haters are awful. I'm not a twi-hard, but I would say she played Bella true to the character in the book. Also, she is naturally beautiful and you must be blind to not see how gorgeous Robert Pattinson is. The reason she is afraid is because she has recieved threats and hatemail from some of RP's crazy jealous fans who actually plotted to harm her at RM premiere. So, in closing, she has every right to feel threatened since you never know what kind of HATEFUL PEOPLE are out there.
