Elin to Get 3/4 of Tiger Woods' Fortune, Report Says

Tiger Woods and wife Elin Nordegren have hammered out a blockbuster divorce settlement that will reportedly net the ex-model $750 million, which translates to three-fourths of the golfer's known $1 billion fortune. According to the The Sun, which quotes an unnamed friend of the couple, Nordegren will snag the cash, plus homes in Sweden and Windermere, Fla., where Woods had his SUV meltdown in November.

Elin will also be granted primary custody of their two children, daughter Sam, 3, and son Charlie, 1. The terms of the settlement stipulate that the golfer must not bring any new girlfriends around the kids until he gets remarried.

What's the catch? All this can be Elin's, if she simply keeps her mouth zipped about Woods' bounty of extramarital affairs. "Elin is desperate to protect the children from the womanizing side of their father," the Sun source said.

The $750 million settlement, if verified, would be the largest in history. RadarOnline.com is reporting that the divorce is "very close to being finalized," but their source indicates the financial aspects of the settlement may not be set in stone.

"They have agreed to almost everything," the Radar source said. "And when they file the papers there will not be a lot of detail in the public documents. They've worked everything out so that the financial details can remain private."

The official announcement of the divorce is expected in the next week.

I don't think she deserves that much! Yes, he should pay child support. As far as giving her anything, the original pre-nup amount should do and if she wants to air more dirty secrets then she doesn't have the kids' best interest at heart and he should file for full custody.

I can't even imagine what else this dumb a** was into, that he would pay that kind of money to deep it quiet. Possibly enough to totally end his career is only explanation that makes sense on why he would pay most of his fortune to keep it quiet.

We could speculate all day..maybe he infected her with a potentially deadly disease, maybe he was into something so kinky it would end his career if it got out..who knows. Possibly she deserves everything she is getting.

What a joke! She never hit the first golf ball. Let's see..... married for how long? That would work out to about a million dollars each time she gave it up. That is one high priced hoe. Maybe the most expensive of all time. If she were that damaged emotionally, how does money fix it? This whole fiasco was predictable by her. On second thought it was probably much more costly per shot. She probably didn't give it up much after marriage. What a world we live in! She has claim to fame by posing nearly nude and marrying out of her race to the best black golfer of all time and she will probably end up richer than him.

I think Elin should get 90% just for the public humiliation and possible transmission of sexual diseases from the multiple partners. The mental part of it for her must be very rough but I hope she learns to laugh all the way to the bank, he really is not worth it. Let's just hope the kids are not too affected by this and we don't have another Tiger in 20 yrs. when her son grows up.

If she had something scandalous on Tiger and would rather only give him the "undeserved decency" after taking 3/4 of what he is worth makes her an extortionist, plain and simple. People here are saying, she deserves it blah blah blah... What is deserving is never to make this whole thing a public thing for the sake of the children. Destroying the father of your children is no virtue no matter how much of a dog he had been, and I don't care what any of you say!
I would have applauded a quiet separation and divorce and try to maintain a friendly relationship afterward, all for the sake of the children. You can say Tiger is to blame. Yes, may be you are right. But who is benefiting from all these if not Elin?
