Elin to Get 3/4 of Tiger Woods' Fortune, Report Says

Tiger Woods and wife Elin Nordegren have hammered out a blockbuster divorce settlement that will reportedly net the ex-model $750 million, which translates to three-fourths of the golfer's known $1 billion fortune. According to the The Sun, which quotes an unnamed friend of the couple, Nordegren will snag the cash, plus homes in Sweden and Windermere, Fla., where Woods had his SUV meltdown in November.

Elin will also be granted primary custody of their two children, daughter Sam, 3, and son Charlie, 1. The terms of the settlement stipulate that the golfer must not bring any new girlfriends around the kids until he gets remarried.

What's the catch? All this can be Elin's, if she simply keeps her mouth zipped about Woods' bounty of extramarital affairs. "Elin is desperate to protect the children from the womanizing side of their father," the Sun source said.

The $750 million settlement, if verified, would be the largest in history. RadarOnline.com is reporting that the divorce is "very close to being finalized," but their source indicates the financial aspects of the settlement may not be set in stone.

"They have agreed to almost everything," the Radar source said. "And when they file the papers there will not be a lot of detail in the public documents. They've worked everything out so that the financial details can remain private."

The official announcement of the divorce is expected in the next week.

Well I think both should sue the media for invasion of privacy. They went too far out of their way with the help of police to invade their private lives. Celebrity or not, what happened was not the publics business. That family was dealing with something that didn't need to be made more difficult. Men cheat, women cheat ! When they are found out it should be between them and their spouse. I don't trust any thing the media puts out there, because if the story is too weak for them, they will run you over to make it sell to fill their pockets. Someone should put a stop to it,set limitations or sue the hell out of them and empty those filled pockets.

This is wrong in so many ways. This woman does not deserve that much money. I know women all over the world are jumping for joy. Let me put it in plain english...No woman is worth that much money no matter how many kids they have, no matter what kind of job he has, no matter how many women he slept with. This is total crap, and I don't even like Tiger. What make her needs so great that she rates this much money...NOTHING. OK, give her 10 maybe 20 million, support for the kids including college, then 10 or 20 million in the kids trust fund, a house or two and let her take a hike. This is robbery at the highest level. So he cheated, got caught, so her feeling/emotion were shattered. Get over it. The only time she ever picked up a golf club was to knock out his car windows and maybe a few hits to his body. But 750 million. There is no woman(or man) on the planet that should get that much in a divorce case. None of you can justify or explain why she should get that much money. You don't have a reason other that Tiger was a married man. Just because she was married to him for 4 or 5 years doesn't entitle her to that much. Even if she took it up the rear 100 times every day from him, that much should never be awarded. I don't care what she did, not that much money and you all know that I'm right.

How many guys have delved into that snapper? You know he traveled a lot. Hell she is nothing but a discounted damaged milk maid.

Hi; think we all need to calm down here. She should and will get a fair settlement, I hope not 750 million dollars. Let's just take that money and open a charity clinic for poor kids in Florida or somewhere. Tiger screwed up big time but she has not exactly set a wonderful example for anyone either.
