Mel Gibson's career may be in free fall (at least for now) as an explosive new audio tape has surfaced where Gibson allegedly calls ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva several obscenities, including a rant about how she dressed too sexy and would get "raped by a pack of n****rs," RadarOnline.com exclusively reported. While his career has so far managed to bounce back from controversies, the Hollywood community is speaking out about against the 'Braveheart' actor, claiming his career may not survive this round of backlash.

Reverend Jesse Jackson said Gibson has a "fundamental character flaw," adding, "Mel Gibson's outburst demonstrates once again that we are far from a society that is 'beyond race and racism,'" he told RadarOnline.com. "His penchant for anti-Semitic and racist diatribes reveals the actor's fundamental character flaw. He needs help."

Leon Jenkins, president of the Los Angeles NAACP, said, "An apology is insufficient given his history of racism, sexism and anti-Semitism. He has set one of the worst examples for our young children and adults at a time when this country is making significant progress in moving toward a color-blind society. No amount of words will change his image as an out of date and out of control racist," Jenkins added. "Only [after] a sustained period of positive acts can his legacy be redeemed."
