I remember seeing pics of Farrah Fawcett at Vanity Fair's Oscar party in 2004 wearing a gorgeous gown with the American flag as its train and her getting ALOT of slack for the flag touching the ground which is considered to be a disgrace, but later found out it has to be an ACTUAL American flag to be considered a faux-paus, and that Farrah had done nothing disrespectful. Go Farrah.
