Dina Lohan watched in disbelief as her daughter Lindsay was sentenced Tuesday to 90 days in jail for violating terms of probation over a three-year-old drug case."This is so not fair to do this to my child," a flabbergasted Dina Lohan told PopEater exclusively shortly after Judge Marsha Revel made the announcement.
The 'Mean Girls' actress must begin serving her sentence on July 20, however she likely won't serve the entire 90 days. Many female inmates in Lohan's situation only serve about 25% of their sentence, meaning that the star will only spend about 23 days behind bars. Immediately after leaving jail, Lohan will spend another 90 days at an in-patient rehab facility.

Dina says this sentence isn't fair? What isn't fair is that the girl was saddled with a brainless hopped up nitwit for a mother and never had a snowball's chance.

Lindsay Lohan needs to take responsibility for what she did..violating parole is a serious thing and she should be punished..Her life is totally out of control, where is her mother when this kid really needs her...
Rehab is the best thing that can happen to her, hopefully she will learn from it....

Lindsay Lohan is a talented young woman, but you would never know it! She is spending too much time being a train wreck! She cannot see it now, but this strict judge, may have just saved her life.

I totally disagree with you. Name one film that anyone will remember her being in two years from now. She is a spoiled, talentless brat whose only use is to support her parents.
Sounds like if Lindsay`s mother did`nt protect and pamper her daughter so much she would`nt be in the trouble she`s in now..Lindsay needed this instead of everyone around her catering to her every need..Spare the rod spoil the child and this is what you end up with.A spoiled brat that never learns to be responsible

Her mother is shocked because she lost her drinking partner. I guess when she spends time trying to be a friend, instead of being a parent, what did she think?
Her mom should have sent her to church and raised her to respect the law. I doubt if 3 months in jail is going to help this spoiled brat.

Church has nothing to do with it. Dina Lohan is a really bad mother, as is her father. The girl was doomed because her parents were willing to let her do whatever she wanted as long as she kept bank rolling them.
The sentence is way to light ..If It was any regular person they would get a year ...Someone should introduce Mel Gibson to Dina Lohan ..Now theres a good match ....
Just to make things right, the judge should have sentenced the mother to 90 days as well.
