Dina Lohan watched in disbelief as her daughter Lindsay was sentenced Tuesday to 90 days in jail for violating terms of probation over a three-year-old drug case."This is so not fair to do this to my child," a flabbergasted Dina Lohan told PopEater exclusively shortly after Judge Marsha Revel made the announcement.
The 'Mean Girls' actress must begin serving her sentence on July 20, however she likely won't serve the entire 90 days. Many female inmates in Lohan's situation only serve about 25% of their sentence, meaning that the star will only spend about 23 days behind bars. Immediately after leaving jail, Lohan will spend another 90 days at an in-patient rehab facility.

More time in jail isn't going to help an addict get over the urge to use drugs. Drug rehab and intense therapy will help. Jail is not the answer.
True, but time away from her addictions will contribute to her recovery, also.
Did you notice, in picture #49 - when Lindsay is holding up that sheet of her notes - she had written something about TMZ in the last few lines....wonder what it says?

...I say fry the bi*ch!!!! SHes a useless piece of living trash. SHe cant contribute to ANYTHING. SHe cant even follow a normal course of life. Shes a screw up, a tramp, harlot, teen star who was only a T&A before she decided hey i can buy drugs with my money. Shes pointless and should rott in prison for YEARS not just months. SHe continued to test the resolve of the judicial system constantly getting off easy. THis is STILL getting off easy, and will probably only serve 1/3 of the sentence. But at least she gets to enjoy some prison bi*ch time first. WAHA, you desearve EVERYTHING the world throws your way Lindsey...EAT IT!

90 days to someone like lindsey, is a long time. She will at least be thinking about her ways for that time. So many times she has had her hand slapped, this time she wasnt so lucky, or the judge wouldnt take a kick back.
This might help her to understand exactly how the rest of us have to answer for our crap. And now her too, finally.
I hope her money dont buy her out of this one,, again.
And yes, her mother is not helping lindsey at all. Parents dont understand that making excuses for our kids, doesnt help the kid in the long run. I hope lindseys 90 days will be a wake up call for her. She will have her own cell though, not like anyone of us would get. In a way, shes only going to be grounded,, something she probably has never been through in her life.

Why wasn't this mother at the hearing supporting her daughter. What did she have going that could have been more important than that? Did she not pay attention when the judge read the list of offenses that Linsday made? To say "her child" didn't deserve this just shows how delusional this Mother is. She is a sorry excuse for a Mother and should be kept away from her children. She is detrimental to their mental health.

If it had been an average Joe, he would have been sentenced the first couple of offenses. We've seen what has happened with this girl every few days for years. Falling all over the place, eyes glazed over, not obeying the rules, very public relationships, continued self destruction, wreckless driving that could kill others and herself, and it wasn't stopping. This girl deserved way more than what she got. Emphasizing the "this girl" in that sentence because w/o the Lindsay Lohan name, she's just "this girl". I shame the judicial system for continuing to treat her like a celebrity. Celebrity status should not give someone asylum. She'll end up with the best cell they have, be allowed more privileges than others, and get more of whatever she needs or wants than anyone else in the cells. Not to mention the fact she'll get out way earlier than she should or not even be forced to go at all. She'll re negotiate the terms, possibly only serve weekends, or after she makes that movie, or whatever.

The judge did, what her family should have done in the first place, make sure she gets help and stay away from partying too much. They did not, so she kept on doing what she been doing. Now after years of alcohol and drug abuse, this family or this mother says its not fair. Other people would have gotten more time, Lindsay thought, she was above these orders, she is not. The judge maybe saved her life.

It is unbelievable that because Ms. Lohan is famous, attractive is being used as an example. I know of plenty, numerous young people who have done far worst drug, alcohol and other more serious felonies. Because they are poor and unknow no attention is placed on their actions. They have been to court so many times, the system thinks of them as part of the court staff. Really sad. The legal system is really all about money. A great number of attorneys and staffers are making a ton of money from Ms. Lohan. The judge should be removed and disbarred from any further legal proceedings. Shame on her. Does she rally think making an example from Ms. lohan is going to help anyone, including her.
