While i would agree with the planning part, whatever the reason it was on her finger, she should have had it removed before going to court. She was in no way dressed correctly for court and the judge. She was just daring this judge to kick her in the nads-figurativly speaking, of course-and she did. I would have run out of patience a long time ago. PS-I would say she was dressed correctly for going to jail immediately, maybe she's psychic! This could actually save her life, or at least some innocent bystander's life!!

Meant for the judge or not, she was going into a courtroom and I would have removed it beforehand. She is already in enough trouble, why not use the brain cells and think about consequences of your stupid actions! This younger generation has no respect and just thinks excuses justify everything!

Not that I'm sticking up for her. But let me get this straight. She supposedly painted this message on her nail b4 the hearing. Who, but her knew it was there. I for one would have never noticed it had someone not known it was there and took a close up of her nail! Maybe this is the wake up call she needs. Haven't seen Paris acting up in this matter anymore since her stint.. Oh and Lindsay should have gotten a little more, due to the fact she won't be serving the whole 90 day sentence. The sad thing is, her parents are too busy trying to promote themselves and not caring about what she does. I mean, her mom went to bars with her when she was underage! She said she was watching what she did and making sure she wasn't drinking, but if that was the case then why wasn't mom ever in the pics the pappz got of her in the clubs with a drink in her hand? Mom wanted to be a friend and not a parent. Lindsay was famous and mom liked the new lifestyle.
