Everything she does is a joke, and she will claim it is not her fault. She will say someone else put that on her nails and she did not know til she arrived in court.

Lohan is right where she belongs - in the midst of the greatest collection of "freaks" in the world. The "turd" she has for a brain is working perfectly as evidenced by the message she carried to court on her nail.

As much humor Lindsay thinks she has , this was a very serious matter and she should have played it as straight as ever. Her display of the message only shows she is not taking the issues seriously. She displayed total disrespect for the courts, let alone the law. Thinking what she does she will be able to talk herself out of . Not this time lady. Hopefully this time in jail will force her to re think the things she has done in life and will strive to improve. Her career will recover if she does fully.

Judge Revel's sentence was inappropriate for the situation.
Three months in a jail cell will not turn Miss Lohan's behavior around to that of a conforming young woman. Perhaps the three months in rehab may help. I personally believe that the Lohans may take up legal residence in France or someplace else when they realize the nastiness of the system here and the total disregard for one's personal plight.
This judge is vengeful, and Lohan's lawyer did not read the situation correctly to save her client.

Norene, YOU are the one who doesn't "get it"! When one makes a choice, there is a consequence. Lindsey Lohan has made the same choice again and again - to "blow off" the requirements which are the consequences of her actions. Her jail sentence is appropriate. In fact, it's way overdue! Rehab won't work until she's READY for it to work, and she won't be ready until things get BAD ENOUGH! If 90 days in jail doesn't do it, then she needs a full YEAR in jail, with jailhouse addiction meetings mandatory. She's a spoiled brat who has gotten away with too much for too long. And if she doesn't straighten herself out, she's on her way to an early grave.
Never relized how ugly she is. Fire crotch rott in jail.

LL was very disrespectful the the Judge and the court system. I think LL need 1 full year in jail no less. LL keep getting away with these stupid antics. One day she will end up over dosed on drugs. It's time to intervene now. Her parents can't seem to do anything about her. Her mom is her enabler. Her dad just want to use her to get into the spotlight. Such a sad family.
The court system is her last chance for help.

She has a problem with substance abuse and has to admit that first.Her parents and friends are no help.She's had her fun,but at this point in her life it(drugs& alcohol) has control over her.Maybe it's the wake up call she needs.Just because your an addict dosen't make you a bad person.

I don't believe for a minute that it was a joke. She probably called her friends and said "watch me say F-U to the judge if she sentences me" and laughed about it. She never dreamed she would actually be sent to jail for 90 days. As to the judge's knowledge of what was painted on her nails... yes, CNN reported last night that the judge was made aware of it and said that Lindsay's total lack of respect for the court and her immature actions did not deserve a response.

24 with the mentality of a 14 year old. She thinks that her punishment is cruel and inhuman. Not suprised she feels that way being that her parents never taught her accountability and responsibility and her sense of entitlement thinking that Ms.Lindsay can do what ever she pleases. She is in for a rude awakening for the next few months and it is about time.
