Lindsay Lohan's Notes Reveal Killer Penmanship, Attention to Detail

During her court hearing on Tuesday, Lindsay Lohan was seen taking diligent notes in red pen, and now a high resolution shot of her jottings has made its way to the web, revealing Lohan to have ... well, an astute ear for detail and absolutely fantastic penmanship.

Cameras got a clear shot of the notes when Lohan used them to cover her face. In the meticulously detailed document, Lohan appears to respond to her alleged malfeasance, listing where she was and when she made up each absence from her alcohol education classes.

Given the grammatical and spelling inaccuracies of Lohan's frequent Twitter rants, the sheer detail included in the notes, as well as the near-perfect block lettering, are especially notable.

The notes make reference to her father, Michael Lohan, being in the courtroom. "Dad's sitting behind Liana [Lindsay's sister Ali]," Lindsay wrote. The actress and her father have had a tense relationship for years, and Lindsay currently refuses to speak to her father. Of Lindsay's jail sentence, Michael told US Weekly, "It's not going to be a good experience for her ... It's just a horrible experience. Twenty-three hours a day, she'll be locked up."

Also named in Lohan's notes is her alcohol education program director, Cherie Marshall of Right On Programs. "Cherie only found out about the court order online ... is not a probation officer," the notes read. As a side note on the Right On Program, Lohan writes, "1,200 clients in Right On Programs."

The actress lists a Haiti "benefit and fundraiser" in London as well as a press work for her 6126 apparel line as reasons for her absence from scheduled classes. She also details the exact dates of her missed classed and when they were made up, and seems to address an instance where she feels she has received unfair treatment: "Progress reports for LL [Lindsay Lohan] to be more consistent w/ classes. But LL was @ classes 4 wks in a row."

Lohan was sentenced Tuesday to 90 days in jail and a 90-day inpatient rehabilitation program. The actress will likely serve approximately 23 days behind bars because, according to Los Angeles Sheriff's Department spokesperson Steve Whitmore, female inmates in custody for nonviolent crimes generally serve about 25 percent of their sentence.

On Thursday, Shawn Chapman Holley said in a press release, "All we want is for Lindsay to be treated like everyone else and that hasn't happened so far," adding that Lindsay is "extremely disappointed" in the sentence she received. Later that same day, Holley, who served as Lohan's counsel during her hearing, told TMZ that she no longer represented the actress. (Holley did not provide a reason for her departure from the Lohan case, but RadarOnline reports she quit when she heard the actress was searching for a new lawyer.)

Soon after Holley's departure, reports surfaced that Lohan had hired Tiffany Esther Feder-Cohen, who just passed the California bar in November, to represent her. Dina Lohan's lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, has denied the Feder-Cohen connection to Radar, saying, "Tiffany Feder-Cohen is not Lindsay's attorney and never was. She is just a good friend who is helping out. Lindsay's new attorney will be announced today [Friday]."

dina lohan is scared for her daughter. well, maybe if there was better parenting, this may not have happened. dina, who thinks she's a star herself, is notorious for partying till the wee hours of the morning with her underaged daughter. drunken binges, driving while drunk, and pill popping aren't good examples of good parenting. we are products of our environment, and this is what dina, the good mother, exposed her daughter too. she should get the hair out of her eyes, and take a good look at the example she set for this kid.

In my opinion Lohan should have been in jailed long time ago. It is obvious that this girl has a drug problem prescription are not. I watch Nancy Grace late night it was sad. Nacy Grace presented a progression slide show of pictures of Lohan. As each picture went by you could her wasting away. Her body changed to include her facial features. It look like a series of crack slides. Showing just how an individual facial/body/change after heavy usage of drugs.

Then on top of that I was listen to her on one of the show last night blaming her lawyer (the one just recently quit). Her problem started long before that lawyer took over as Lohan lawyer. Where as he at when she was growing up as the FATHER. Now he want to put the blame on everyone else except himself. HE NEED TO TAKE A LOOK IN THE MIRROR first.

How exactly can you prove those were her notes, that she wrote during the hearing or if that note it real? Anyway it seems like they were written before so I wouldn't be surprised that there's "shout outs" to TMZ.

Lilo is a very confused young woman. She wants excuses for for not following the orders of the courts.She is an addict and wants to continue taking drugs and alcohlic drinks and use the Haiti fund raising as an excuse for not showing up for court hearings where she'll have to account for her actions. She must understand that the court orders are not up to an individual to accept or reject even if the individual is a star. As a matter of fact she must forget that she is a star and put herself under the guardianship of a lesser human being like me who has never been a star but has also not been under the influence of drugs. I do have to take drugs for medical conditions like high blood pressure and cardiac events. But I do not exceed the doses. If she agrees to follow my guardianship so that she never misses a court event or abuses it she'll never have to go to jail.

If a Judge court orders you to do something I suggest that you do it or else; these judges have power like it or not. This is not High School or College where it's up to you to do what the Teacher or Professor tells you what to do, it's the legal system that has consequences for your action or inaction.

LL is a spoiled little wreck. OMG did you see her cry then on PURPOSE she wiped her (on purpose NON-waterproof mascara) then she wiped her eyes as to make the mascara smear across her face so the judge would notice. LL is an actress and knows all the tricks to look "fake" sad. She was trying to make herself look all torn up and sad. She was putting on a show to get off. The judge seen write thru her! A year in jail will NOT straighten that girl out. She thinks she above all this. Well Lindays, your NOT and now your gonna serve some derserved jail time!!!! Its interesting how Lohan uses capitol letters in all the words of her notes. She has outstanding penmanship. Lets see if any writing anylists can find Her subtleties.

Everybody is talking about her pennmenship. Writing in capitals does not make it outstanding penmenship. She was not their to ask for a rehearing of the issue of court orders. She was there to convince the court that she was confused and erred in judgement in not following the orders due to perhaps the influence of her peers who might have had something to do with the fact that she was appearing at Haiti events instead of Court directed event. And she should have been making an argument before the court rather than before the press with her pennmenship. That effort was not even in her hands. It was in the hands of her attorneys and the press is confusing her further by talking about her penmenship rather than about her stupidity of not trying to convince the court of her stupidity.

Lohan prints like a first grader and we are supposed to go gaga? I would be more impressed if a monkey wrote as well but we should expect better from a supposed Hollywood elitist. If she had a mind for detail then why couldn't she make her rehab appointments on time? Because she thinks she can do whatever she wants whenever she wants and the world has to bow to her whims? She should have gotten more time in jail to reflect on her crappy prima dona attitude. Ninety days is not going to be enough.

Is it just me or wouldn't it make sense to clean yourself up a bit before your court appearance, maybe take a shower? Her hair was in desperate need of a shampoo and her hands look like they haven't been washed lately.... Guess she was too busy drawing profanities on her lovely nails to take care of the non-important details. Yeah, she definitely strikes me as someone who respects the judge and her court and takes this seriously....really?!? On what planet?

hmmm, not sure what to say. i know she lives across the street from me so we've been dealing with paparazzi and news crew/vans. Anyway, we all fall...some fall harder. Maybe this fall will help her to regain strength to walk and be a mature young LADY. (empahsis on lady).

For all of you out there . Just imagine that was you that did as she did. You would be so far in jail and no one but you would care . These so called Gods of hollywood have made a shamble of the law . You stick up for them and some of you even cry for them and in truth they would not waste their spit on you. They and Lindsey need to start paying the same price as the rest of us and get the same treatment in the jail

The entire Lohan family as well as their former attorney, are enablers. Sadly, this dysfunctional family is much like the Casey Anthony family, only, fortunately, Lindsay had no baby to murder. But, as far as dysfunction, these two families run neck and neck. So very sad.
