Michael Lohan Wants Lindsay in Rehab Right Now

Michael Lohan must think father knows best.

Daddy Lohan sat down for an interview with Nick Cannon on 92.3 NOW to talk about daughter Linday Lohan's predicament.

When asked how he felt about Lindsay's 90-day jail sentence followed by a mandatory 90-day stay in rehab, Michael responded: "Baffled, I guess is the best way to describe it. I just don't understand why Lindsay's team aren't taking measures to get her into a rehab. I understand that she wants to appeal her case, but the right way to do it is for her to actually show ... or that she has incentive and she's taking the right steps to get her into rehab before she's supposed to go into jail."

He thinks the 'Mean Girls' star should go to rehab first to possibly lighten her sentence. "I think if she does this and files an appeal, maybe the judge will reverse this and say, 'OK, go to the rehab first. And if you complete it and do it the right way and get off everything you're on, then maybe there won't be any jail.'"

Meanwhile, Dina Lohan, Michael's ex-wife, believes her daughter is a "fighter" and will get through this.

I don't believe that it's up to Mike Lohan to say where Lindsay should be right now. She can do her jail time and then go to rehab, just like the judge ordered. Ms. Lohan is a defiant little brat (b****). She need to see reality for what it really is instead of bailing herself out with money every time she does something stupid. She's going to end up dead. And no one will have anything good to say about her even then. She deserves what she gets. Same with her no-good parents.

All of this wouldnt be happening if Michael had been a father, and dina had been a mother in the first place. But they chose to be a friend instead of a parent.
This is exactly what a person grows up to be like, when they have no parents leading the way for them as they grow up.
Lindsey had no real guidance, only pimps to try to see how much money she could bring home to mom and dad. Now they seem to care about what happens to lindsey.. Its a little late to be worried now. If this dont teach her anything,, she never will get it.
Now dina will have to go clubing alone, and buy her own drinks. This is horrible for her.

Hasn't she already been in rehab? She is not going to get better until SHE wants it. It doesn't matter what her mom and dad want. You can't "fix" somebody with an addiction. No amount of money will make it any better until she's ready to give it up.

Lindsey has three choices to her problem:
1- Sobered up
2- Locked up
3- Covered up

Once she has hit choice 3, there is no turning back. Afterall, there is no cure for dead.

I wish he would shut up. Lindsey messed up many times, true, but she really can't stand her father and he keeps opening his big mouth trying to live off of her fame because he has zip!! She can't stand you dude!! Lay off. She's not going to respond to you. She continually states you're an idiot (putting it nicely) and you don't even have anything to do with her life. She doesn't want you in her life. Get a CLUE!!!
