John Krasinski, Emily Blunt Tie the Knot in Italy

'The Office' star John Krasinski and 'The Devil Wears Prada' beauty Emily Blunt have made it official.

"John and Emily were married on Saturday in a private ceremony," Krasinski's rep tells Usmagazine.com.

The pair's nuptials took place at Villa D'este in Como, Italy. "It was an outdoor ceremony and absolutely beautiful," a source discloses.

In attendance were Krasinski's 'Leatherheads' co-star George Clooney and his girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis.

Krasinski proposed to Blunt in August of 2009. The two had began dating in November of 2008.

In response to your post and to Sunday's reply, John Krasinski is greatly regarded for creating and playing to the hilt the character Jim Halpert on the Office. ONLY one of the BEST, award-winning shows of the past few years! And Emily Blunt, though lesser known at the time, was great in The Devil Wears Prada.

Most importantly, though, to Sunday: It is correct to refer to both males and females as "actors." That individual is not ignorant, but up on things, and this change was voiced as preferable by those in the industry many, many years ago.

Mei: According to the Colllins English Dictionary: "Usage: To avoid referring to people by their gender, actor is often used as a general term for women and men who act". Never argue word usage with an English major. Lol!

Not in the picture provided with the article, nor in any other movies/TV shows/pictures that I have seen of these two (and I have seen many of each), do they in any way resemble each other more than any other white man and woman couple. Get your eyes checked.

It is obvious that Emily is Beautiful and talented but I have been a big fan of John's for years and all the articles I have ever read are from the thousands and thousands of woman (if not more ), that consider John gorgeous and their life's dream and these are women in their late teens to mid thirties. So why the resentment here. He is such a polite, down to earth, kind fellow, who is super intelligent so just what gives?
