Lindsay LohanLindsay Lohan has found herself a new lawyer, after Shawn Chapman Holley resigned as the actress' counsel.

According to TMZ, Lohan has hired Stuart V. Goldberg, a defense attorney from Chicago.

Goldberg met with Lindsay, her mother Dina and her sister Ali for six hours after flying to Los Angeles at the 'Mean Girls' star's request.

Lindsay is expected to surrender for her 90 day jail sentence on July 20. But Goldberg says they will fight the sentencing.

"Instead of making her reactive, like a pin cushion, [we're going] to be proactive. We're gonna go after them," he tells TMZ.
