Second Mel Gibson Phone Call Released, More Racist Rants Ensue

The hits just keep on coming for Mel Gibson.

RadarOnline.com has obtained a second recording of a phone call from the actor to his now ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva.

"You need a f-----g bat in the side of the head. Alright, how about that?" he threatens in the call. "You're gonna answer one day, boy, you're gonna answer."

"I'll put you in a f -----g rose garden you c--t! You understand that? Because I'm capable of it. You understand that?" the actor continues.

Mel, who is being investigated for domestic violence, also admits to hitting Oksana on the call. When she asks him what kind of man would hit the mother of his child, while she's holding the baby, he responds, "Oh, you're all angry now! You know what, you f-----g deserved it!"

On the first call, Gibson was just as eloquent.

"So you're not lying to me about fake t---?" he begins. ""They look ridiculous. Get rid of them why don't you."

"You go out in public and it's a f-----g embarrassment to me. You look like a f------ b---- in heat. And if you get raped by a pack of n------ it will be your fault. Alright? Because you provoked it. You are provocatively dressed all the time with your fake boobs that you feel you have to show off. I don't like it. I don't want that woman. I don't want you. I don't trust you. I don't love you," Gibson yelled.

The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department is investigating Gibson over an alleged domestic violence incident from earlier this year involving his ex-girlfriend.

According to a news release, police have opened an inquiry into the alleged attack, which is dated Jan. 6, and are "currently gathering information regarding the allegations."

Sources tell TMZ that incidents also occurred in February and that Grigorieva, who has an 8-month old daughter named Lucia with Gibson, spoke to deputies on Monday.

The pair broke up in April after dating for a little over a year. At the time, Grigorieva was quoted as saying, "We have split up, suddenly and recently ... Unfortunately, I cannot give you the reason. But you will find out everything quite soon."

The couple made their first public appearance only a few weeks after Gibson's wife of over 30 years, Robyn, filed for divorce. Gibson has seven children from that marriage. Grigorieva has a son, Alexander, from a previous relationship with actor Timothy Dalton.

In the fall out from the first tape, Gibson's talent agency dumped him earlier this week in light of all the allegations. Gibson was repped by William Morris Endeavor Entertainment for several decades, specifically by longtime agent Ed Limato. Limato died last week leaving WME partner Ari Emanuel to cut ties with the actor, something he'd wanted to do since Gibson's anti-Semitic tirade in 2006.

"Mel was really important to Ed," an agency source said. "He was with him for 32 years and I think Ed saw him as a son." But he added, "The world knows how Ari feels and he has never changed that opinion."

Gibson is no longer on probation for a 2006 drunken driving case, and his conviction has since been expunged.

I agree with you Swampie. Alcoholism does make sense. Alcoholics are self-destructive and have little value for themselves, their success, or those around them. There could also be an underlying mental illness.
I don't see how someone can go from a respectable actor who had no prior pulbic trysts to a full out nightmare. Unless people from his past have been hiding his problems I more feel it is an alcohol problem.

I think Mel has issues but I also think she set him up by pushing his buttons to get him upset to make a career for herself by recording everything and saying things to put him in a rage. She might get offers for nude pictures and articles as well as tv for her stunts now. By releasing everything to the public proves she has a hidden agenda for herself. I noticed on most the things he was yelling WHAT but not admitting to most she was saying.

Mel Gibson is a racist,a drunk,all his profanity shows the type of person he is.Can these tapes be used in Ca.,?I hope so! I know he is innocent uhtill proven guilty,if found guilt he needs rehab and jail time. Lohan did nowhere near as bad as this and she gets sent to jail.

Mel Gibson was angry at this woman for something. Obviously they had their problems and there's always two sides to a story. They play this tape over and over and over and over and over. It gets tired after a while. Their problems are personal. Nobody was physically hurt. HOWEVER, there's this black panther who is spewing his hate all over Pennsylvania calling white people Crackers or better yet the "C" word and Honkeys or better yet the "H" word and how white babies should be killed. Now, this is a downright threat and can cause hatred among people. Why aren't they blasting that all over the media??? heh???

Mel Gibson is a racist and I will not go to see any of his movies. Having said that, I'm wondering why you are only concentrating on the racism of Mel Gibson, when in the scheme of things he is only an actor. Why not discuss the racism of a member of the New Black Panthers with the ranting and raving about killing everyone who is white including women and babies. The Black panthers had 2 of their members at a Philadelphia poling station during the 2008 Presidential election preventing some people from voting. This type of intimidation is illegal. It's preventing citizens from their right to vote and yet ABC,CBS,NBC etc... have all ignored this. This has all been caught on video and no one in the media is reporting it except for Fox News. CNN MSNBC,CNBC etc.. are all silent on this. Even our justice department has dropped the case supposedly for "lack of evidence". What more evidence do they need. They have it all on tape!!!! Racism is wrong no matter who exhibits it. Why is AOL and all other news media avoiding this. Are you afraid or do you have an agenda??? Are you being politically correct? When something is wrong it's wrong no matter who does it. Where is your conscience and your spine?

This question is probably not important but, I heard that his end of the call was traced, placing him at Disneyland. Pardon me but, if that is true, they're pretty strict about that kind of behavior(hope I spelled that right lol) at their park. And apparently he was walking around there screaming like that. If he was doing this he should've been kicked off the property.

Liquor is NOT a truth serum...it may lower inhibitions and allow you to do or say things you may not do sober (look at some hard core drunks at the bar telling stories about their escapades of past) but alcohol and anger can make you say mean things just to hurt someone. Usually, the person feels horribly about themselves so they say hurtful nasty things to divert those feelings onto the other person. Mel needs serious help...rehab...and not one of those fancy resort rehabs of the stars.

People say things they don't mean and that are stupid when they get to the point of rage. It takes two to get the whole mess started so don't be so quick to judge. I'm sure that they are both equally responsible for this mess. The only one I feel sorry for is the child. The parents need to grow up.
