Mel Gibson's erstwhile lady Oksana Grigorieva "signed a cohabitation agreement that locked her out of securing a slice of the Oscar-winning director/actor's billion-dollar fortune," RadarOnline.com reports.Grigorieva signed the contract while pregnant with Gibson's eighth child last year. Though the agreement includes provisions for the care of the couple's 8-month-old daughter, Lucia, there are no caveats for Oksana herself.
The Russian model and musician, 40, told London's Daily Mail in June, "He is not paying me a penny. Nothing. I am having to live on credit cards and borrowed money. It is not a good situation."
A source confirmed to Radar that despite the contract, Gibson, 54, has not supplied any financial support for the child (or Grigorieva) thus far into the split.

And why should she be entitled to any of Gibson's money herself? He absolutely shgould be held financially responsible for the baby, but since the two of them were only together for a year and he clearly made his millions long before he even knew of her, I don't see how she's entitled to any of it. If you need money Oksana, get a job like everyone else.

Oksana was conspicuously calm during Gibson's angry response. Obviously she knew the conversation was being recorded (without his consent) and there could be legal fallout for this. Gibson has already stated that he will take care of his daughter. Extortion and entrapment on her part??? Ya think???

These two are a mess - I do feel sorry for that baby. Maybe she should be taken away and put in a foster home. She has a gold digging mother who makes a career out of sleeping with actors for her 15 minutes of fame and has their babies to gain some sort of financial support. He is an adulterous, alcoholic bigot who should be kicked out of the Catholic church.

It was very slick recording Gibson telepnonically and "leaking" it out...but, not slick enough. We all see through it. This eurotrash should be deported. Boo-hoo! Poor Mel! He is an innocent party in this, isn't he? He could have kept it in his pants, he could have stayed with his wife and mother of his SEVEN kids, he could have used a rubber, he could have been a better person and a better christian (since he claims to be religious) and not given in to his racist, homophobic, misogynistic feelings and kept his big, angry, stupid mouth shut, he could have refrained from beating the mother of his child-but why should HE take any responsibility for this?
