Oksana Grigorieva Has No Rights to Mel Gibson's Fortune

Mel Gibson's erstwhile lady Oksana Grigorieva "signed a cohabitation agreement that locked her out of securing a slice of the Oscar-winning director/actor's billion-dollar fortune," RadarOnline.com reports.

Grigorieva signed the contract while pregnant with Gibson's eighth child last year. Though the agreement includes provisions for the care of the couple's 8-month-old daughter, Lucia, there are no caveats for Oksana herself.

The Russian model and musician, 40, told London's Daily Mail in June, "He is not paying me a penny. Nothing. I am having to live on credit cards and borrowed money. It is not a good situation."

A source confirmed to Radar that despite the contract, Gibson, 54, has not supplied any financial support for the child (or Grigorieva) thus far into the split.

A cohabitation agreement is essentially a prenup for couples living together but not as a wedded pair. Radar's sources point to the document as proof Grigorieva was not with Gibson for his money -- yet she's disputing the contract's legality because, "according to her, she signed it in draft form, under duress."

Oksana reportedly never signed the final version because it put Lucia with her father 20 percent of the time. "Oksana thought that wasn't fair or safe," a source told Radar.

The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department is investigating Gibson over an alleged domestic violence incident from earlier this year involving his ex-girlfriend. According to a news release, police have opened an inquiry into the alleged attack, which is dated Jan. 6, and are "currently gathering information regarding the allegations."

Just because Mel didn't give her the 10 million she was asking for, for those tapes, then she is acting all innocent, this is why she never called the police, she had her plan, no woman will get pregnant right away, she is 40 already, she knew what she was doing the gold digging tramp

mel gibson should have stayed with the woman who truly loves her for 28 years. i guess it's a hard lesson that mel deserved for cheating on his wonderful wife. please remain faithful to your wife and be thankful that you have the woman who loves you for better or for worst. :) 28 years is more than just a history, it's filled with treasured moments that money can't buy!

I feel no sorry for her, because she was the reason he broke up with his wife, with whom there were no violent episodes. If so Ms. Grigorieva, you have deserved all of that. My heart goes to his former wife and children they have.
