Danielle Staub Suing Teresa Giudice and Ashley Holmes

The girls from the Garden State are getting grimy, with last night's episode of 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey' reaching new - and unbeweavable - dramatic heights. The episode featured hot-tempered housewife Teresa Giudice starting an argument and Ashley Holmes, daughter of housewife Jacqueline Laurita, physically attacking the ladies' sworn enemy, castmate Danielle Staub.

Staub's lawyer has confirmed that his client is suing the alleged perpetrators of the attack at the Passaic County Superior Court, describing the mindset of the assailants as, "like a gang mentality."

Staub's attorney in the case, Paul Giblin, told Hollywood Life, "We are going to use this footage and prepare a case against these women. We are seeking assault and battery charges, defamation of character and punitive damages as well."

Giudice, who famously flipped a table on Staub at the end of the show's first season, did not physically attack the mother of two, but was shown chasing Staub while yelling insults. Holmes, who reportedly believed that Staub had assaulted her mother, grabbed Staub, allegedly ripping out a clump of her weave.

Despite Holmes' January court appearance and $189 fine, Giblin said, "These things don't end with paying a fine. We will get restraining orders by the judge against Teresa, Ashley and all others involved. We will subpoena this women to make sure they come to court. We are going to ask to impose sanctions against these women, whatever the law allows."

Danielle is dangerous to the other housewives bottom line. Bravo needs to give her the walking papers after this season. GOod for Dina leaving..and Caroline just staying SOO FARR AWAY from her.
TEresa didnt have to say a word. THey both should have taken Carolines advice and said nothing and not acknowledged her. By doing what they did last nite gave Danielle power...something that should never be in her hands

BRAVO !!! TAKE KELLY & DANIELLE OFF ASAP ~ i don't agree that Kelley has nervous breakdowns or panic attacks UNLESS they are brought on by her OBVIOUS USE OF COCAINE ~ isn't it obvious?!

OMG! I can't believe that crazy danielle finally succeded in pushing those women over the edge,in front of the camera's no less.Teresa had just had enough and wanted a final showdown no matter the ending. Ashley has been pulled into all this (by grown women)and she is young and acts on her feelings(like we all did)and yet she gets pulled over the flames by everyone around her.Danielle's CRAZY,hope her daughters don't have too hard of a time from this.Teresa, well we've all lost our tempers too.Ashley,maybe can focus on her own life if she ignores her momma drama.Jacquelyn should lighten up on her and remember what it was like to be that age. I don't miss a show!!!Love the housewives!!!!

Problem, if you were so fearful then you would have filed for these lawsuits along time ago! Didn't this happen in November? When you watch the footage, I don't think her fear was reasonable either.

Also, their labeling of this as "gang like mentality" disturbs me too. On Danielle's blog for the episode she encourages her "fans" to go purchase "Danielle's Mafia" t-shirts from her website.

Teresa is a trouble maker!!!!! She just had to start with Danielle,there was no reason to talk to her.I'm disappointed at Jaqueline,she was acting like a B....h.On the watch what happens her and Teresa came off very mean.Teresa is a coniving liar!!!! Yep, Teresa started it and kept it going and going, mostly it seems so she'd have a story to tell her husband to get him hot for her. And Ashley is a liar, she made up the excuse about Danielle hitting her mother. She simply reached out and tugged Danielle's hair to have a story to tell.
And, I think we all need to remember this is for entertainment. Keep the crazies on that show - who wants to watch a show about chemically balanced people living in NJ?

As much as I can't stand Danielle, the fact is Teresa was spoiling for a fight, why else would she just sit there waiting for Danielle to leave? Danielle is an idiot, who loves drama, and Teresa fed into it by speaking to her in the first place. Danielle claims she doesn't want all the drama yet she herself is as much to blame because she could have simply kept on walking and ignored Teresa. Of course Danielle is going to play the victim, which is what she always does, to me she is a poor excuse and should be ashamed because of her actions now an innocent girl has a police record simply because she thought this skank Danielle was attacking her mother, I would have ripped her hair out too! I will say one thing for Ashely's father what a smart man and if Asheley has any sense she should listen to him, because he is the only one thinking like an adult. As for Danielle I wish they would take this pathetic piece of garbage off the show!
