Third Tape Released: Mel Gibson Throws Racial Slurs, Tells Ex 'I Own You'

Another day, another racist rant tape released. RadarOnline.com has obtained a third recording of a phone call from Mel Gibson to ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva. In the latest tape, Grigorieva fights back and stands up for herself as the actor hurls more ethnic slurs. The two fight about their daughter, and he even starts calling their Latina houseworker a "wetback."

"You own me with my liver and my kidneys and my soul," Grigorieva tells Gibson, who appears to be angry to be paying for the services of a domestic employee. "You control me, like marionette ... I walk on eggshells with you."

Gibson hurls insults, yelling, "You're a f***ing mentally-deprived idiot. You're a f***ing useless whore ... I own you."

Grigorieva replies, "What did I use you for? I've given you everything I have ... I'm not a whore or thief ... Are you insane? Of course you are."

At the end of the conversation, Gibson orders his ex to "go look after my child!"

She replies, "She's my child too." Raging, Gibson screams, "Yeah I know, unfortunately you c*** whore! I hope she doesn't turn out like you!"

The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department is investigating Gibson over an alleged domestic violence incident from earlier this year involving his ex-girlfriend.

According to a news release, police have opened an inquiry into the alleged attack, which is dated Jan. 6, and are "currently gathering information regarding the allegations."

Sources tell TMZ that incidents also occurred in February and that Grigorieva, who has an 8-month-old daughter named Lucia with Gibson, spoke to deputies on Monday.

The pair broke up in April after dating for a little over a year. At the time, Grigorieva was quoted as saying, "We have split up, suddenly and recently ... Unfortunately, I cannot give you the reason. But you will find out everything quite soon."

The couple made their first public appearance only a few weeks after Gibson's wife of over 30 years, Robyn, filed for divorce. Gibson has seven children from that marriage. Grigorieva has a son, Alexander, from a previous relationship with actor Timothy Dalton.

I think Oksana is totally setting Mel up. How many of these tapes did she make ?? She`s totally egging Mel on these tape. If Mel did punch her she deserved it the audacity of this lowlife golddigger trying to ruin a man life and career.Mel should of let her get raped by a pack of blacks then she know what its like.

"Wetback" is not a racial slur it is an ethnic slur. Latino and Hispanic are ethnicities not races. Technically many consider theses ethnicities to be white. That is why when you fill out a form on race there is generally a section that says white-non hispanic. It is still an offensive term. but not racist.

Stop already. He's not a racist-he has no control over his tongue when he's drunk and/or angry-few do folks-he kept a marriage for 30 years-raised SEVEN children-this woman should have been in the olympics she is certainly "goin for the gold"

Personally, I like Mel Gibson as an actor; but, he is an alcoholic and this is detrimental to his life, public and private. He is opinionated about how his "woman" looks in public and I can understand that. But his alcoholism affects his judgment and his manners; it affects how he thinks and conducts himself. Therefore, he's in a lot of trouble all the way around. It doesn't matter what his personal beliefs might be; alcoholism is destroying him, just as it destroys everyone else. It is totally up to him if he wants to get help and live a better life. Until then, he's "washed up" as an actor and as a respected person. He has washed away everything with the alcohol. Until he gets dry and sober, there's not too many people who will stand by him and respect him again. As for me, I love the sinner but I hate the sin. Whatever our beliefs, he, just like any other alcoholic, needs our prayers. ~EL
