Third Tape Released: Mel Gibson Throws Racial Slurs, Tells Ex 'I Own You'

Another day, another racist rant tape released. RadarOnline.com has obtained a third recording of a phone call from Mel Gibson to ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva. In the latest tape, Grigorieva fights back and stands up for herself as the actor hurls more ethnic slurs. The two fight about their daughter, and he even starts calling their Latina houseworker a "wetback."

"You own me with my liver and my kidneys and my soul," Grigorieva tells Gibson, who appears to be angry to be paying for the services of a domestic employee. "You control me, like marionette ... I walk on eggshells with you."

Gibson hurls insults, yelling, "You're a f***ing mentally-deprived idiot. You're a f***ing useless whore ... I own you."

Grigorieva replies, "What did I use you for? I've given you everything I have ... I'm not a whore or thief ... Are you insane? Of course you are."

At the end of the conversation, Gibson orders his ex to "go look after my child!"

She replies, "She's my child too." Raging, Gibson screams, "Yeah I know, unfortunately you c*** whore! I hope she doesn't turn out like you!"

The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department is investigating Gibson over an alleged domestic violence incident from earlier this year involving his ex-girlfriend.

According to a news release, police have opened an inquiry into the alleged attack, which is dated Jan. 6, and are "currently gathering information regarding the allegations."

Sources tell TMZ that incidents also occurred in February and that Grigorieva, who has an 8-month-old daughter named Lucia with Gibson, spoke to deputies on Monday.

The pair broke up in April after dating for a little over a year. At the time, Grigorieva was quoted as saying, "We have split up, suddenly and recently ... Unfortunately, I cannot give you the reason. But you will find out everything quite soon."

The couple made their first public appearance only a few weeks after Gibson's wife of over 30 years, Robyn, filed for divorce. Gibson has seven children from that marriage. Grigorieva has a son, Alexander, from a previous relationship with actor Timothy Dalton.

IT IS ALL STUPID. USING RACISTS STATEMENTS ETC CAN GET YOU KILLED IN SOME PLACES. I HAVE NEVER CARED FOR MEL GIBSON AND DON'T ACKNOWLEDGE HIM I COULD CARE LESS WHAT HE SAYS.

It is the churches. Mels' Jesus movie was not well liked by christians and since the children of the devil (liars/cheaters) have taught the "so called" children of God "how to" manifest demons, and "how to" curse people, places, things, demons, curse curse and curse (the children of God should KNOW better.?? BUT DO NOT ANY MORE. Most of the churches are WORLDLY, and the PEOPLE in the churches want everything the worldly people want. TITLES, POSITION, FAME, GLORY,WEALTH. HIS wife probably got support from a church somewhere, AND BECAUSE OF THE MOVIE, AND MEL having this girlfriend..THEY ARE CURSING HIM like a band of WITCHES.

Mel, I just want to ley u know, I don't think what u have done is right at all,You have been a family man for a long time, not to say with perfection , nopne of us can say that, but I really see through all this & boy are you getting a beating, no one can ever know what goes on behind closed doors but yet everyone has an opinion!!! My advise to u keep ur cool!!!! Keep ur mouth shut & the scandal will fade because there r always new scandals & the story will die if u keep quiet!!!!!!!!!!!! What I think is u were caught up with this woman, u gave up ur whole life & it didn't turn out as u thought it would, which is probably just freaking u out!!!!!!!!! question do u want to be with someone that is usuing u or doesn't want to be with u ? where does that really get u but now where & miserable!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know these tapes caught u at ur worst moments!! we all have moments like that every now & then but unfortunately urs were taped & ur a celebrity. Don't worry about all the BS & take care of ur children & meet someone who is suited for u, not impressed with money just keep it simple & I promise u will be happy again!!! Ur not a bad man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What happened when he wasn't taped without his knowledge? Seems like an ice queen who wanted all she could get. She got what she could and turned of the water for him. That is enough to make any man mad.
