Teresa Giudice Wants Restraining Order Against Danielle Staub

EXCLUSIVE: Tempers reached new dramatic heights during this week's episode of 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey.' The episode featured hot-tempered housewife Teresa Giudice starting an argument and Ashley Holmes, daughter of housewife Jacqueline Laurita, physically attacking the ladies' sworn enemy, Danielle Staub. Although Staub's lawyer has confirmed that his client is suing, Giudice tells me Staub is the real threat.

"Believe me, if we could get a restraining order against a cast member, Danielle would have had four against her already. I never threatened her. She, however, has been on camera threatening me, stalking me and even practicing doing me harm," she reveals.

Giudice called Staub's accusation of "defamation of character" a ridiculous joke. "Don't make me laugh. I think she's defamed her own reputation all by herself," Giudice adds.

Giudice, who famously flipped a table on Staub at the end of the show's first season, did not physically attack her castmate but was shown chasing Staub while yelling insults.

So why haven't the other cast mates sued already? Apparently Bravo has tight contracts with the 'Housewives,' so the women can't sue each other, an insider tells me.

Seriously, there would be no such thing as reality TV if the cast members weren't protected from being sued by each other for what they said. After the onscreen blow-up, sources claim Staub is seeking attention and knows there is no case against Giudice. Perhaps it's just a pathetic publicity stunt by Danielle, who is just mad because her sex tape didn't sell.

Teresa is a bully and a self-absorbed mean-girl who is so full of herself it's impossible for her to see how she might be hurting others. In her big head everything's about HER!

Genuine people who care about how their words and actions might effect others think before they act. "Nice" people don't deliberately go out of their way to cause hurt or harm to others. Teresa Giudice is almost constantly reminding others what a "nice person I am" and then almost as quickly tearing them apart with her mouth.

Danielle is freaking nuts, and Teresa and her husband are conartists...

So before anyone starts picking sides, they are both awful people.

Ashley needs to pay for her battery of Danielle. Her "I can do anything that I want to Danielle", her refusal to listen to or show respect for her parents and the fact that she (barely an adult) has no issue with attacking a woman more than old enough to be her Mother, show that she needs anger management, and perhaps spend a little time in lockdown. I would keep her away from reality shows while she is 'away'. No need to give her any more ideas.

Now that is funny. Danielle looks like a skinny horse. I feel badly for her beautiful girls. How can they possibly grow up sane while living with that brain damaged kidnapper- ex-con. AND, why would BRAVO allow a paroled felon to have any SAY on their show. That guy is gonna cause some real problems,, "Just you wait, Henry Higgins, Just you wait"

As much as I can't stand Danielle the fact is Teresa started by sitting out spoiling for a fight, Daneille is equally wrong becasue she could have simply kept on walking and not said a word, but instead Teresa gave all the leverage Danielle needed to once again play victim, so shame on Teresa for doing that. As for Ashley's role in this, shame on her too, like her father said she should have minded her own business,but it is also understandable that she thought that her mother was being attacked and was defending her, once again making Danielle the victim, as I see it there is plenty of blame to go around.Like many I would love nothing better than to see Danielle off the show, she is at the heart of all the problems and a born drama queen, just out and out trash.

This show is getting more ridiculous as time goes on. Bravo is not going to get rid of Danielle, she's the drama and excitement for the show. I think she's a mess and how she can exploit herself and her daughters goes to show you her character. Someone that needs to be off the show is Ashley. She is a selfish, spoiled, self centered brat with no ambition and no respect for anyone and what's a kid like her hanging around a bunch of woman anyway? She should never have laid her hands on anyone. Theresa and Jacqueline are boring and I think that's why they get nut balll Danielle riled up all of the time. I think they all need to grow up. Also, that skinny, little dork who "acts" as Danielle's "bodyguard" really needs to go. He's a clown.

Danielle is the definition of Drama Queen. The people she surrounds herself with are those that look for violent solutions to every situation, i.e. Danny. Not that Teresa is a saint but Danielle looks for trouble. I can't believe that she has never lost custody of her children. She is such a bad example for them no matter WHAT she says.

Jacqueline always has this surprised look on her face when Ashley acts like a sociopath. Um, you raised her. So before you start pointing your finger at Danielle, and how she is raising her daugher's, might want to take a good look at yourself.

Don't get me wrong, Teresa and Danielle are trash and neither one of them can form an opinion that doesn't include the F word... But what you see is what you get.

Get off your high horse Jacqueline and send that daughter of yours to a shrink. Just saying ....

I LOVE Theresa she is the best.. And Danielle is just a CRAZY out of her mind coke wh ore.. Plain and simple. ( court docs back that statement up ) How did this crazy person even get on this show? She is just HORRIBLE. And here is a question. She " claims " that she had " security" with her and has it with her " everywhere" She goes. Well what happened that night then? She is a pathological liar.

It's amazing what a little air time will bring out in people - all act like children and all should be put to bed for a nap. What happened to "just walk away" - behaving like a grown woman, now that's a laugh...I've seen children in school yards act more mature than what happened on Monday -- get real, grow up and realize that there is more to the world than your little "issues" with one another.

I cant stand that Danielle....I mean REALLY? her kids seem to have a better head on their shoulders than she does. She has created more and more drama for herself. Seriously Bravo? Ditch the dingbat. I stopped watching that show because of her, she just makes me sick.

Teresa started the cat fight by saying hello to Danielle. Teresa is to blame, the cat fight ensued when Danielle mentioned to Teresa that her 5 million dollar house is in foreclosure and I guess the truth hurts. Danielle is a mess in her own right. It is really funny that Teresa wants the restraining order. "The Low Life Housewives of New Jersey" continues. What can Bravo do to top that??? Ugh....
