Teresa Giudice Wants Restraining Order Against Danielle Staub

EXCLUSIVE: Tempers reached new dramatic heights during this week's episode of 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey.' The episode featured hot-tempered housewife Teresa Giudice starting an argument and Ashley Holmes, daughter of housewife Jacqueline Laurita, physically attacking the ladies' sworn enemy, Danielle Staub. Although Staub's lawyer has confirmed that his client is suing, Giudice tells me Staub is the real threat.

"Believe me, if we could get a restraining order against a cast member, Danielle would have had four against her already. I never threatened her. She, however, has been on camera threatening me, stalking me and even practicing doing me harm," she reveals.

Giudice called Staub's accusation of "defamation of character" a ridiculous joke. "Don't make me laugh. I think she's defamed her own reputation all by herself," Giudice adds.

Giudice, who famously flipped a table on Staub at the end of the show's first season, did not physically attack her castmate but was shown chasing Staub while yelling insults.

So why haven't the other cast mates sued already? Apparently Bravo has tight contracts with the 'Housewives,' so the women can't sue each other, an insider tells me.

Seriously, there would be no such thing as reality TV if the cast members weren't protected from being sued by each other for what they said. After the onscreen blow-up, sources claim Staub is seeking attention and knows there is no case against Giudice. Perhaps it's just a pathetic publicity stunt by Danielle, who is just mad because her sex tape didn't sell.

Danielle certainly looks crazy, but she can't be totally gone- her daughters are lovely, kind and well mannered.

Teresa wants a restraining order??? Wasn't she the one chaseing Danielle? Ashley needs to be dealt with by Jacqueline's husband IF her own father is not in the picture. Her violence toward an older woman or anyone is disturbing. I 'm sorry but I don't believe her story she thought her mother had been struck by Danielle. She had been threatening on her blogs and finally "carried" out her threats towards Dannielle, who is definitely "disturbed". The biggest unanswered question in my mind is why do we all watch this crap???

Danielle has BORDERLINE PERSONALITY DISORDER and with people like these they will always cause chaos and they will stalk you and play the victim. Look it up.... BPD CENTRAL is a good site. They should get rid of her because it is just going to cause REAL problems for everyone..I know beause my brother was married to one of these loons...they "play the victim" and always want to "get saved" either by firemen or policemen... I don't know how many times the cops were called to my brothers house..thank God he got rid of her....took long enough but he did..

Teresa is the real nut case. No matter what way you turn your TV it was Teresa waiting for Danielle. It was Teresa chasing down Danielle. There was no conversation going to happen as Teresa claims to justify what she did. And Teresa has already caused problems in one family and it's her friend Jacyline's family. Ashley is a stupid kid, I mean really stupid, not joking stupid. So Teresa's actions caused her friend's daughter to have that police record. Grow up ladies...you all looked foolish !

I'm not from the USA and watching these shows gives me an idea of what certain people from certain areas are like. Perhaps it's not an accurate image but it could certainly be so, since several shows reflect the same and usually mock reality.

As I watched the last episode, I didn't want to watch, but couldn't pry myself from in front of the TV, not believing that people could act the way these two did. Theresa and Danielle's (and Ashley's) actions made me feel sad. In this age of uncertainty with tons of people having real problems with just trying to survive, these two spoiled human beings think that the world revolves around them and that, somehow, they appear to be cute and/or vulnerable. They should both be ashamed of themselves.

I personally do not care for Danielle. But I believe the other women on the show pick on her. Why in the world did Teresa decide to talk to Danielle. I about fell off my chair when Teresa said "You know me. I'm the sweetest person". Of all the words that I think describe her "sweet" is NOT one of them. Then when she is telling her husband what happened it was crazy! Teresa ~ You were really not giving your hubby the whole TRUTH!
