Victoria's Secret Model Expecting First Child

Doutzen Kroes and her boyfriend of almost a year, DJ Sunnery James, are expecting their first child together, her rep confirms to PEOPLE. The 25-year-old Victoria's Secret Angel announced that she is taking a break, as she is three months pregnant.

"Sunnery and I are in the clouds," she told Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf. "The critical first three months have gone well, and I feel good."

"Thank you very much for your congratulations dear people. Now keep that a secret to Americans who get to hear it tomorrow!" she twittered.

Kroes was born in the Netherlands and began her career as a model after sending in snapshots to modeling agency Paparazzi in Amsterdam.

She is a Victoria's Secret Angel and has been featured on the covers of Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Elle, Marie Claire, Glamour, W and has been showcased in campaigns for Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Valentino, Versace and Hugo Boss.

In May 2009, Forbes named Kroes fifth on its list of the World's 15 Top-Earning Supermodels.

What is wrong with interracial relationships? The times of segregation is behind us, it isnt illegal or wrong to be with someone from a diffrent ethnic background. I dont understand why anyone would have a problem with two diffrent people being together.

Don't speak to soon sweety because I know a bunch of Ugly WHite women. To say that white women look better than black is a far stretch.

And do you know that after the age of 30 white women are wrinkled to death and look like they are 50-100 years old. All that tanning, lip injections, butt injections, weaves, yes white girls wear weaves, and smoking that skin couldn't hold up to all of that.

Really white women are very insecure women. I work with them I know. They are very jealous of black women such as my beautiful self. And I am beautiful.

good luck to Doutzen and Summery on their first trip down the road of parenthood it's a blessing hopefully nothing goes wrong and 25 isn't too young to have a baby Elizabeth Taylor had 3 by the time she was that age and her tubes tied after her youngest was born in August 1957 less than 6 months after her 25th birthday though she did later adopt a child with her 5/6 husband Richard Burton named Maria from Germany in 1964
