Lindsay Lohan Moves Into Sober-Living Facility

Lindsay Lohan, who was recently sentenced to a 90-day jail term by a Beverly Hills judge, has checked herself into Pickford Lofts, a Los Angeles sober-living facility. PEOPLE reports that the actress, who is scheduled to begin serving her sentence next Tuesday, entered the facility, founded by former O.J. Simpson defense lawyer Robert Shapiro, on Wednesday of this week.

Shapiro has been active in the addiction community since his son Brent died of a drug overdose in 2005. He started The Brent Shapiro Foundation to promote alcohol and drug education and help individuals struggling with addiction get help.

Lohan, who was sentenced to jail for violating probation related to a DUI arrest, was reportedly visited the night before her arrival at Pickford by ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson.

I bet judge Marsha saw the F--U on her fingernail, on the news and she is NOT likely to be very sympathic towards LILO, I think she cooked her own goose.

She would probably get out of that too........it is so messed up.

Seriously, can we give Lindsey a break? Don't you guys remember your days (uh, daze) of being 23??? I was young and stupid and indestructable. I didn't much think of the future (the "future" being what I'd be doing in three weeks) and I had little tolerance for many around me. (Afteall, I had all the answers). Heck, if you would add Unlimited Money to the mix, like Lindsey has, I would have likely ended up where she is today. Like many, I think 90 days in jail might just be the wake-up call she needs. But lets be a bit more gentle in harping on this child.

Yeah, Dave, I do remember everything I have ever done. As a kid, young adult and adult. And it is a FACT that the only forgiveness I recieve is from God. I suggest you do the same things that she has done and see how long a sentence you get! FU on her nail? Not just in court but just in everyday life.That message was for everyone who saw it including you.She could care less about you. If you were going to jail for ninety days, would she care?

Geeeesh, Dave, what does it take for a person with this many mistakes? Does she have to kill someone with her car while she is intoxicated before YOU think she is out of control? She has had too many chances and hasn't taken the warnings seriously. This judgement may change her life, it may give her a moment of clarity that her life isn't working and even more importantly, it may save an innocent person's life because Logan will not be behind the wheel of a car for 90 days.

Yeah, we didn't get special treatment because we weren't rich celebrities. She needs to take responsibility for her actions. She is making a fool out of the judge who sentenced her to jail. If she gets away with not serving jail time, then every person who this judge has sentenced should show up at her courthouse and protest.
