Lindsay Lohan Moves Into Sober-Living Facility

Lindsay Lohan, who was recently sentenced to a 90-day jail term by a Beverly Hills judge, has checked herself into Pickford Lofts, a Los Angeles sober-living facility. PEOPLE reports that the actress, who is scheduled to begin serving her sentence next Tuesday, entered the facility, founded by former O.J. Simpson defense lawyer Robert Shapiro, on Wednesday of this week.

Shapiro has been active in the addiction community since his son Brent died of a drug overdose in 2005. He started The Brent Shapiro Foundation to promote alcohol and drug education and help individuals struggling with addiction get help.

Lohan, who was sentenced to jail for violating probation related to a DUI arrest, was reportedly visited the night before her arrival at Pickford by ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson.

Once again she likes to push the limits. What a slap to the justice system. I hope the judge will order her out of where ever and serve her time. She is a spoiled has been .

I hope the system and the judge will make her serve her time . If someone does not say NO to her and YES the laws apply to you. I wish the judge had made her leave the court room and go to jail . no press, nothing.

She shouldn't go to jail at all. She is now getting help for herself and that shows that she learned her lesson. I bet we see a new and sober Linsay soon - one that settles down and also starts acting again. She is smart and ultra-talented. I think she will be a whole new person now. Maybe she'll win an Oscar!
I can't believe you people are so mean! Look at Robert Downey Jr. A huge addict in trouble for years and acted like a baby. Now everyone loves him! Same will happen for Lindsay....

Perhaps that applies to you too - especially if you actually believe she is anything other than a spoiled, rich brat with nothing but money going for her. Barb, she souldn't go to jail??? The only reason she is in a "Sober Living Facility" is because her new lawyer told her to do it so that maybe she will stay out of jail. This was not Lindsays idea. I only hope the judge sees through this ploy and makes her do her 90 days and then puts her back in rehab.

Since her movies suck, her music career is a joke- she makes her best money by being a punch line. This is, by far, the best move for her P.R. She'll get paid interviews, show up on Larry King, possibly she'll have a book published to discuss "her hard learned life lessons".. She's already more talked about they political issues, the oil spill and she's out shined LeBron James and the unwed Palin girl getting engaged.

I am so sick and tired about hearing about this insecure and in mature Lindsay Lohan. There are more important things in this day and time that people should know about instead of listening to this Bull ever day. She thinks by checking into rehab that the judge wont` t make her serve your tome in jail. i think she should of had a longer jail sentence than 90 days, how about 6 months a least.

This brat will do anything to get around the law. Send the Paddywagon in with a SWAT team and drag her to jail next Tuesday. If a regular citizen behaved as she does they would be in for five years.
