Warrant's lead singer Jani Lane was just ordered to serve 120 days in jail after pleading no contest to a DUI charge, TMZ reports. Lane was arrested in May for his second DUI in one year after slamming into a parked car. Officers on the scene reported the rocker blew twice the legal limit in a Breathalyzer test and failed field sobriety tests.

In 2009, Lane was also arrested and charged with a DUI after hitting a parked car. He ended up pleading no contest to a misdemeanor DUI and was given three years probation.

In addition to serving 120 days in jail, Lane will lose his license for three years and will be required to complete a 30-month alcohol education program.
