A man accused of stalking Jennifer Aniston must stay at least 100 yards from the actress' home and place of work, TMZ is reporting.Police found 24-year-old Jason Peyton "laying-in-wait in a location he believes she frequents with a sharp object, a bag, a roll of duct tape and written messages about [Aniston]," on July 15 and arrested him, according to court documents.
The 'Bounty Hunter' star's lawyers claim Peyton drove cross country for eight days with 'I Love You Jennifer Aniston' carved into his car.
The legal papers describe Peyton as "an obsessed, mentally ill and delusional stalker -- with a history of violence and criminal stalking -- who drove cross-country in his delusional 'mission' to locate and marry [Aniston], with whom he believes he is in a relationship."
