Mel Gibson Accused of Hitting Daughter in New Tape

In what is becoming an almost daily occurrence, another toxic audio tape featuring a mad Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva has been released by RadarOnline.com, and this time, she accuses the actor of hitting their baby daughter.

The shocking claim emerges during one of the former couple's explosive arguments that were recorded by Grigorieva and mysteriously leaked. "You hit me, and you hit her (Lucia) while she was in my hands!" she accuses in the tape. "Mel, you're losing your mind. You need medication."

Gibson, shocked by the child abuse claim, later tells her: "I want my child, and no one will believe you."

The 'Braveheart' star unleashes his now-familiar roster of profanities at nearly every turn, including when the two were arguing about custody of eight-month old daughter, Lucia.

"You have my child and she doesn't need a gold digging, f***ing Russian c**t, wh*re for a mother! We all know what you are! I will have that child, easily."

She replies, "I'm sorry? You will not have this child," to which he boasts "They won't let you keep her because they'll know what you are!"

Gibson also reprises his role of "racist guy" heard in an earlier tape when he yelps that she'll be raped by a "pack of n*****s" for dressing provocatively and for her cosmetically altered figure.

"If you get raped it's your fault, for starters. Showing off your fake t**s! Like they're some special deal? How much did they cost, those fakers?" he asked.

According to Radar, the tapes are in the custody of law enforcement and will be part of Grigorieva's evidence against Gibson in their custody case. An investigation by the Department of Children and Family Services is also ongoing.

This tape rivals the shock value of the fourth audio rant, in which the actor literally roars for oral sex while threatening to burn the house down. "I deserve to be b***n first! Before the f***ing Jacuzzi! Okay? I'll burn the goddamn house up, but b**w me first!" he bellowed.

In even earlier tapes, Gibson admits to punching Oksana and threatens to kill her -- "I'll put you in the f*****g rose garden you c**t! You understand that? Because I'm capable of it." Sources tell TMZ that incidents also occurred in February and that Grigorieva spoke to deputies on Monday.

The pair broke up in April after dating for a little over a year. At the time, Grigorieva was quoted as merely saying, "We have split up, suddenly and recently ... Unfortunately, I cannot give you the reason. But you will find out everything quite soon."

The couple made their first public appearance only a few weeks after Gibson's wife of over 30 years, Robyn, filed for divorce. Gibson has seven children from that marriage. Grigorieva has a son, Alexander, from a previous relationship with actor Timothy Dalton.

How does the media or anyone get tapes which are under police control? I think these tapes are as fake as this woman. Check his movies and the lines he's said. Maybe she had recorded his lines onto her recorder to fit her answers. Its not hard to do with a digital recorder.

Maybe he's just a rage-a-holic and she's a greedy opportunist. Everyone involved with this case is a sleazy creep. The whole lot of them can go to h e l l. Mel can't defend what he did even if he was pushed into it, and she can defend what she did if she gets any money from him.

You know what, there was a movie that he said something almost like that and was panting throughout that movie because he was upset. You might be onto something. Good job Lila. No one deserves to be hit, but skanky women know how to push buttons to their advantage. He was probably cutting her off and tossing her skanky bum back where she came from and now she is trying to ruin his career. He needs to control his temper and his mouth, but I do believe the tapes were tampered with. I would not believe anything that woman has to say and I hope he get's his child to raise. She obviously is no example of motherhood.

I have heard many bad things said about this woman with regards these tapes, like she purposefully pushed his buttons so he'd say these things, that she recorded him because she's a gold digger, and now that she faked them altogether. First of all, if a person is not violent by mature, you can't push their buttons so much so that they say things like that. Second, she probably recorded them because she doesn't want to end up like O.J Simpson's wife, and the police are taking it seriously because they don't want her to end up that way either. Nothing wrong with that. In fact, if that's the reason, good for her. It seems that when a celebrity's significant other does nothing when they threaten to do them harm, people ask, well why didn't he/she do this or that. And when some of them do this or that, some say he/she shouldn't have done it. Why do the majority of people take the celebrity's side when they behave this way? Third, with regards to this post, it's highly unlikely she faked these tapes, especially when you consider his rants when he was pulled over for drunk driving.

Something Smells Very Fishy and It's Russian! Mel Gibson like everyone struggles with his personal demons, but I believe that he is going off the edge screaming because he has discovered in a very sneaky, low down way, that the woman he married simply used him! He is fruious out of his mind that he has been used when all he wants is to be loved!

Lila, I read what you wrote and I have to say your theory is hysterical. Do us a favor to back up what you said and tell us the name of one movie Mel was in where he said any of the things that are on these tapes. Bet you couldn't do it...because it's a crock of balogney. Fun idea though. I bet it'll be used in a movie sometime if it hasn't akready been.

That would be a valid argument but for the fact that he has carried on his rants in public in front of crowds of people, so it's not just her. Mel Gibson has a major drinking problem and alcoholism can lead to such behavior. He needs rehabilitation and he needs it now. Before he does something besides talking. I used to be a fan of his, but with his recent antics, I'm now just saddened with the way his life is turning out. Mel, get help, get it now, don't wait.

It is being reported that he abused her with her 12 year old son in the home. IF this is true, I do not wish Mel good things. It's one thing to be out of control, it's another to act crazy with children in the home. CPS has interviewed the 12 year old, so we will see what unfolds. Also Dalton should get custody of the 12 year old, if the allegations of abuse are true, because she did not report it immediately to police.

You are so right. Have you also noticed the way they are being released, interest seems to fade and a new one shows up. It is well known that Mel is nasty when drunk, I do think that she has learned what buttons to push to get the results that she wants. The bottom line is she wants publicity and she wants money. Take the baby away from her and give it to strangers to raise out of the public eye so it will have soem sort of normal life away from the media. I also think that there should be dna testing done to be sure who the father really is.

now she is using the baby as a tool , to destroy Mel once she realized that the one women who knows this is all lie came to Mel's defence. best part is that this women has know Mel for thirty years or more.some needs to get this girl some help before she endangers this child w/ her scheme. funniest part of all this is that she ran to an ex boyfriend not her mom or dad. but an ex boyfriend. smells funny, so between the tape leaks & the child endangerment accusations & running to her ex sound way to much like a set up or scheme that was premeditate to frame this man.

I suspect this Russian mujik of lying about this issue. She is of doubtful countenance and I suspect Gibson's volatile temper just ran away from him. He definitely needs anger management therapy before the child is allowed near him. What a mess to be in, Mel, that mid life crisis has turned into your own personal nightmare!
