Vampires Suck movieEvery so often, a movie genre gets so played out, its cliches so commonplace, that you can't help but make a little fun at its expense. Where we once had rom-coms and self-involved horror franchises to mock, we now have vampires. And much like 'Date Movie' and 'Scary Movie,' 'Vampires Suck' takes the familiar and turns it on its (undead?) head. Starring funnyman Ken Jeong, 'Vampires Suck' follows a plot similar to 'Twilight,' as teenager Becca finds herself torn between two boys. But with metro werewolves and odes to everyone from Lady Gaga to 'Jersey Shore,' the movie is anything but your average sexy sparkle vamp fest. After all, it's "from the guys who couldn't sit through another vampire movie." The film will hit theaters August 18, 2010. Watch the trailer and let us know what you think.
