'Bones' Star David Boreanaz Sued for Sexual Harassment

'Bones' star David Boreanaz is facing a sexual harassment lawsuit, RadarOnline.com reports.

Gloria Allred, who represents the actress accusing Boreanaz, told Radar, "Today we have filed a lawsuit on behalf of Kristina Hagan, an actress, against David Boreanaz, in employment. Hagan is a member of the Screen Actors Guild and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists."

"She is an actress who is working towards her goals, but who like many other actresses has not been able to achieve them. For that reason she is extremely vulnerable as many actresses are in Hollywood," the attorney added.

"Ms. Hagan's allegations are set forth in her lawsuit. We will have no further comment on them," she finished.

TMZ has details on the suit, in which Hagen claims that in September of 2009, the actor "attempted to kiss her and touch her breasts but she pushed him away," while she was working as an extra on the set of 'Bones.'

Boreanaz allegedly promised to help the young actress with her career but never did. There were also other reported encounters.

The former 'Angel' star, who is married with two children, was also involved in an affair with Tiger Woods' mistress number one, Rachel Uchitel, which he admitted to publicly.

This man has had several affairs. However, being sued for "attempting" to kiss this "actress" and touching her boobs is ridiculous. God almighty, has everyone gone sue happy? I don't condone his behavior. He's a pig. But please, attempting to kiss her. How much can that be worth? I don't understand why his wife sticks by him, probably for the money. I used to have respect for Gloria Allred. She's a bright attorney and WAS an Advocate for crime victims. Now she's just a money-grubbing old bag. What the hell is happening in our culture? They all make me sick.

I am betting if this did indeed happen (which I doubt) and he had helped her further her career, she would not have had a problem at all being felt up to further things along.....I am so sick of crybabies who when they don't get their way, they either sue someone or try to ruin someones reputation publicly. How pathetic!

You hit the nail on the head. It stated that he did not help her, after she stated he said he would. I to have only read about one affair in the past.
face it not to sound judge mental, but some of these women in Hollywood dress, letting it all hang-out... what do expect? He's a handsome guy and she wanted to further her career, fill in the pieces'.
