Kate Major: 'Michael Lohan Is a Disgusting Human Being and Father'

Michael Lohan has been trying to sell a set of nude photos of ex-fiancée and former Star Magazine reporter Kate Major, a source tells Gawker. And Major is angry.

The former celebrity reporter tells PopEater exclusively, "Michael Lohan is a disgusting human being and father. He took these pictures of me when I was asleep and without my knowledge. At the time he was my fiancé. I have just found out about these images today and moving forward my lawyer, William O'Conner, will be handing the legalities of anyone that reproduces them."

Lohan released his own statement to PopEater: "She has no money, no job and she's been living off of me for the last 8 months... and her dad just cut her off. If she doesn't stop the nonsense, more and more will come out. I am tired of being used and people who need to make up stories to make money off others." Lohan said. "I have more important issues to deal with than Kate Major."

Earlier this week, Lohan was charged with 2nd degree harassment after Major filed a report with the Southampton Town Police Department describing an incident at their home. She also told police that he threatened to kill her. Lohan will be formally arraigned on August 18.

In response to the charges, Lohan told TMZ that there was a dispute between he and his fiancee, but Major "invented" the domestic violence story because she needs money.

In a statement released to TMZ, Lohan's lawyer Lisa Bloom claims, "Michael Lohan 100% denies each and every one of Kate Major's allegations. He has never threatened to harm her, never assaulted her, and never physically abused her in any way. Kate was heavily intoxicated during the verbal argument between Michael and Kate in the early afternoon on Monday. Michael Lohan has been clean and sober for six years. Michael Lohan is fully cooperating with the police investigation. No charges have been filed. He expects to be fully vindicated."

Lohan and Major announced back in April that they were engaged and planned to tie the knot by the end of the year at Oheka Castle on Long Island.

Lohan has been in Los Angeles this week to take part in the media blitz surrounding his now-incarcerated daughter, Lindsay.

Calling lohan trailer trash, is a put down to the good people in trailors. This family is much lower than anyone living in trailors. Damn these people are trash?Ive never seen a family so screwed up in my life.Micahel feeds off his daughters success by acting like he is trying to save Lindsey's life when he just wants camera time.Now he is trying to sale nude pics?The mother enables Lindsey by partying with her.Lindsey needs to go to treatment for a year and grow up and get her life together and be around some other family members before she dies.The judge should have ordered that and made her ramin in jail for 90 days instead going back on her world after the cameras are in the coutroom.
