'Pretty Wild' Star Alexis Neiers, Lindsay's Neighbor in Jail, Released Way Early

Alexis Neiers, star of E!'s 'Pretty Wild, was released from a Los Angeles County jail Friday after serving just 30 days of 180-day sentence for felony burglary of
Orlando Bloom's home, sheriff's officials said.
Her neighbor at Century Regional Detention Facility this week was none other than Lindsay Lohan, who was detained just one cell over. Although Neiers was behind bars specifically for burglarizing Bloom, she was also part of crime ring that allegedly broke into Lohan's home. A watch stolen from the 'Mean Girls' actress was found at the Neiers' home.
In a statement released through her publicist Friday, Neiers said she "did a lot of soul searching" during her time behind bars. "I feel very humbled and see my life in a way that I have come to be very grateful for and I am also grateful to everyone who has helped and supported me through this," the statement said.
In California, nonviolent female inmates generally serve about 25 percent of their sentence, principally because of overcrowding in the jail system. If that is the standard, then Neiers should have been expected to serve out 45 days of her 180-day sentence.
Neiers is one of six people accused of targeting the homes of celebrities -- including those of Megan Fox, Paris Hilton and Lohan -- and stealing millions in jewelry, clothing and other luxury items. The group has been dubbed the "Burglar Bunch" by some, and the "Bling Ring" by others.
Neiers
agreed to a plea bargain in May shortly before her trial was to begin. Her lawyer, Jeffery Rubenstein, said at the time that it was in her best interest to avoid a trial and a possible hefty sentence -- a felony burglary count could have netted her up to six years in prison -- if convicted.
"After lengthy consideration and fighting the best pretrial fight we could, we decided it was in Alexis' best interest to take responsibility for her small part in this incident and do a little bit of county jail time instead of a lengthy state prison sentence if convicted."
Bloom, star of the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' and 'Lord of the Rings' films, had been expected to testify at the trial.

What truly gets me is why they have a reality show in the first place. The role model is homeschooling but not any approved type of education. If I recall right she is basing their schooling on a movie she saw. There are some people who just shouldn't have children and that piece of fluff sounds like one of them. The judge should have made it a stipulation that the 'mother' have no contact with the daughter or her lawyer. She is 18, legal age so mommy dearest shouldn't have been allowed to have say at all. To think there are two more daughters whose lives she can screw up.

I would like to console both Lindsay and Alexis upon their release. I would like to console them often.

There you go Dennis thinking with your other head again. Careful or they will give you a reality show on the porn channel.
SHE'S CHANGED, RU joking, lets see if she doesn't do reality TV and cus a blue streak and show her boobs. I'M TIRED OF THE EXCUSE OVER CROWDING. If Joe Blow down the street goes to jail for being innocent, lets see if it is over crowded.

All your claims your lies and that isn't a excuse people get out of jail because of over crowding it's a fact of life non-celebs get out of jail early as well.
Now she will make millions because we are a stupid society. That is what pisses me off. So not fair.

I think it is pure crap that celebs only serve half, if any, of their terms... while us regular joes get pulled over, arrested, and fined for whatever. I know that celebrity stuff will always be news BUT it really ticks me off to see when someone who was sentenced to jail time for BURGLARY only serves 30 days I have friends who have done way less and been hit for more! Seriously! some of the laws in this country are messed up anyway... and then you add misery to it by not making "stars" have to go thru the same stuff as everyone else!! I must be in the wrong business... its always good to know that if i sang one crappy song or was in one crappy movie that I would be above the law too!

Had she been a black woman or a Mexican man, she would've served full-time...and more. It's sad that over-priviledged, half-brained kids can get away with such crimes by serving just a month in jail.

I thought Alexis Neirs was going to get out early didn't think it would be 30 days. I thought it would be closer to 60 days but oh well. I hope that Alexis has learned will stay out of trouble I don't think she had anything to do with stealing reason she got a plead deal.

Felony burglary and she gets 180 days??? OMGosh if that were anyone else they would have gotten years in a medium security prison. That's just terrible. Just shows money will buy you just about anything.
