Sean Penn Spotted Smooching Model Jessica White

Looks like Sean Penn may be back with one-time sorta-confirmed girlfriend Jessica White, the 26-year-old catwalker Tyra Banks once dubbed "the model of her generation."

A New York Post source spotted the two drinking at Manhattan's Gramercy Park Hotel's Rose Bar. "They kissed, sat close and ignored everyone."

The next night, the Post says the pair had dinner with Spike Lee and his wife on the Upper East Side. "[Jessica] mentioned she was back on with 'her man,'" an onlooker reported.

In the fall of 2009, Tyra Banks grilled White about her supposed beau. "I hold hands with my friends," said the model. Banks teased further, saying, "Ooh, she's dating Sean Penn!"

"No, I didn't say that," White said. "[We] used to, past tense. He is a very sweet guy."

Penn's rep gave the post a quick denial -- "It's not true." Still, White's cagey nature last time she was with Penn gives us reason to believe this may be the real deal.
