Ashton Kutcher Wants F-Word in New Film's Title

Ashton Kutcher is campaigning for a cuss-tastic title for the Ivan Reitman film he just wrapped. "I just finished a film called 'The F--k Buddies,' that may not ultimately be called 'F--k Buddies,' " Kutcher tells Moviehole.net. "I don't know why -- I think people would love to go see a movie called 'The F--k Buddies.' "

The comedy features Kutcher, Kevin Kline and Natalie Portman. IMDb describes its plot as, "A guy and girl try to keep their relationship strictly physical, but it's not long before they learn that they want something more." The production also stands as 'Untitled Ivan Reitman Project' at the moment, though it was once announced as 'Friends With Benefits.'

"I think if I saw a poster and it said 'The F--k Buddies,' I'd be like, 'I'm in, I'm going to see it.' I think it's going to be a really, really funny movie. I can't think about it without laughing. That should be the title. I'm shooting for that."

The script gained attention with its No. 6 spot on the 2008 Black List, a coveted catalog of unproduced screenplays Hollywood execs vote on. FirstShowing.net reported an insider calling the film "an inverse 'When Harry Met Sally,' " saying, "it's pretty much what you'd expect from a spec script that was originally entitled 'F--- Buddies.' "

I can't believe he thinks this will bring people in to his movie. I am sooooo against this, it makes me sick. I hope noone goes, if he continues with this. I hope he remembers that it is not what he would go to, it is what others would do. Especially to do this, with kids seeing this and thinking it is ok, is awful!

Well, Kutcher has to do something. Of course it's something as stupid as wanting this name for a movie. I can't believe he has the money that he does. I think he's an idiot. He's a no talent who has relied on his good looks to get jobs. His goof ball antics will take him just so far. The types of roles he does now won't fly in 10 years when he's 40. Don't care for his wife either. I never liked Demi Moore. They don't deserve the money they have, that's for sure.

Would someone remind this idiot that he's a moron. He wants to use the "F" word and I want him to either go away or make movie worth watching. When you luck into a TV roll and then marry a woman old enough to be your mother, you've gone through half you're life with no one telling you the truth. The truth is you're not going to use the "F" word because it insults people's intelligence. Now what he should do is go to "B.E.T." and tell them he wants to use the "N" word. Now that would be a good "PUNKed"

I so agree! Ashton makes money at the expense of others. I am saddened today by the willingness of TV and TV personalities to humiliate, hurt and anger innocent parties for the entertainment of the uneducated, unfulfilled, and angry. Even the "Funniest Home Videos" seem to find enjoyment in people hurting themselves or by the hurting of children.

His mommy -oops, his girlfriend Demi Moore - needs to teach him some manners. Or is he getting tired of sleeping with a woman more than old enough to be his mother. Aditionally, he does need her for public recognition because, seriously, he is one God awful, so-called actor. One of the worst being given roles today.
