Teresa Giudice's Bankruptcy Auction: What's for Sale

If you want a piece of 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey,' you're in luck!
Teresa Giudice and her husband, who had filed for bankruptcy last October, are planning to sell their personal belongings in a public auction August 22. According to bankruptcy court records, the pair have nearly $11 million in various debts, the
New York Post reported. In papers filed in Newark Federal Court, the Guidices claim to only make $79,000 a year between the two of them, and are unable to handle the foreclosures and hefty credit card bills.
"It was a different economy back then for all of us. When the economy crashed, like most families, we tightened our belts and changed our lifestyle,"
Giudice told PopEater's Rob Shuter last month.
The court document lists their money woes in detail:
► The bank has moved to foreclose on their $1.8 million home in Towaco, NJ.
► Banks have taken their Jersey Shore house along with another home in Lincoln Park, NJ.
► Teresa owes $12,000 to a fertility clinic.
► They've defaulted on payments for their Escalade.
► Joe personally owes $5 million to former partners of real estate deals.
The
auction Website lists the details about items that will be for sale, which include a grand piano, two flat-screen televisions, sofas, decorative fireplace accessories, a foosball table, a suit of armor and at least three chandeliers. Those items will be going up at auction on Aug. 22 at 12 p.m. at their Towaco, N.J., mansion.
The trustee, John Sywilok, has accused the pair of undervaluing items listed as personal property exempt from the bankruptcy filing, including a pool table ($1000) and even their wedding bands ($400).
On 'Housewives,' Giudice once spent $2,000 in a 10-minute shopping spree, but in bankruptcy papers she claims to spend $400 on clothes a month. The court papers list Joe's monthly income at the stucco and stone company he owes at $3,250. Teresa earns $3,333 from Bravo, and she recently released a cook book, 'Skinny Italian.'

They got caught out there FAKING THE FUNK!!!! HAAAAAAA!!! HAAAAAA!!!
What bank wrote a two million dollar mortgage for a couple making less than eighty grand?
There are plenty of idiots in this story.
There in nothing real about these shows. I'll watch reruns of "Life of Riley"
All of the stuff she was doing and saying against Danielle, was not called for. She is just a cheap acting star, get real and live like normal people and stop trying to be someone you are not. My mother always told me, "The Quickest Way To REMAIN POOR IS TO PRETEND TO BE RIGH" Eat that up.........

She can't sell her pride...there's none left. Her ego is huge but worthless on paper. Can't get any cash for her taste since she has none. Something tells me she sold her soul long ago and probably went through that C-note at the nail salon. What's left of value to sell? Her personality? Darn, no takers? Thought so.
It just goes to show you that even people with money are still white trash...she should've stayed in Paterson and lived within her means instead of marrying purely for money.

Yea Teresa fought SOOOO FREAKING HARD on the show to prove she was not losing the house. Dumb biiieatch spending 10k in minutes. 400/month on cloths.
The 2 together make 80k/year. Why would you own 3 HOMES IN THE SAME nj AREA????????????????????????

wow , they are auctioning off a bunch of crap. should get about 100 bucks for all of it. what are these low lifers doing on tv ? oh ,i forgot they are from new jersey ,home of the low lifers!

How can you catorgoize all people from NJ that way? You are so ignorant that it's pathetic.
New Jersey is home to lowlifes? just making that harsh statement is rotten and ignorant. You show your intelligence. I dont live there but i sure as heck know thats a bogus statement from a total idiot.
I was with ya until that last part.
Easy now they are a lot of wonderful people in NJ don't lump all residents in togeather,Please!!!!!
Hey lowlife.....It doesn't matter where you are from, you sound like trash for making accusations like that!!!!
Look Jake, not everyone from New Jersey is a low lifer. So watch your mouth buddy!!!
Just think of all the people they hurt financially. People who built their mcmansion in good faith that they would get paid.
I wonder how tradesmen are now in dire straits because of these two idiots. The Guidices seem to be empty people. The only thing that makes them something is what they own. What will they be now with no material items to define them? With the example they set for their children, what will their children think of them now?

So what they own is cheap and fake. Everything in the auction listing begins with "faux", which in Tree's defense, she probably thought was made with genuine fox.
I guess Danielle was right????

ROFL . . . YEP, Danielle was right.
Yes Danielle was so right and Teresa lied on tv.
