In the clearest sign yet that Lindsay Lohan will get out of jail this week, several top stylists as well as hair and makeup people that Lindsay loves in Los Angeles have been put on call from midnight on Thursday through the entire weekend.
"I am sure Lindsay will be sick of orange and jumpsuits and I definitely think ankle bracelets are out," Phillip Bloch, celebrity stylist and author of 'The Shopping Diet,' tells me. "Knowing Lindsay, I expect her to emerge in some skin tight jeans and some uber-trendy layered top. If I had the opportunity to dress her [Philip dressed Halle Berry when she accepted her Oscar] when she exits jail, I would put her in a soft and flowy sundress a la Natalie Wood. It wouldn't be bad to soften up her image at this point."

Steve Whitmore, a spokesman for the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department, told the LA Times this week that Lohan's earliest release date would likely be Sunday, Aug. 1. (The actress turned herself in on July 20 and was originally sentenced to 90 days.)
But make no mistake, Lindsay knows very well that the 30-second walk from the jail to her waiting car will be photographed and seen around the world. This is why she is determined to look her best. Which might be easier said than done.

A corrections officer source explains to me that it is the jail, not Lindsay, that decides what time and date she will be released, adding that it will most likely be around midnight to minimize the press circus that will gather outside.
Once Lindsay is told she is free, it will take her around two hours to be processed. During this time she will be able to call her mother, Dina, to come and get her. After all the paperwork is signed, and her belongings returned, she would be free to leave. It is at this point her glam squad has its work cut out for them.
"There is a small, dirty public bathroom in the reception area that she will be allowed to use briefly before she leaves," an insider very familiar with Century Regional Correctional Facility tells me. "She will not be allowed to plug in a hairdryer and get a blow out and she can forget about using a flattening iron. There will be no full-length mirror and only if the corrections officers decide to be nice will they close the area to the public. Remember, everyone who works at that jail hates the press. They don't want to be bothered with all this nonsense and want to rid themselves of Lindsay as quickly as possible."
When Paris Hilton left the same prison a few years ago, image experts choreographed her 30-second walk to her waiting SUV step by step, even down to when she cried out "mommy." Lindsay's exit will be no different and it has already been decided she will leave wearing her own 6126 by Lindsay Lohan brand of leggings.
"This is Lindsay Lohan's chance to hit the restart button. To tell the public she has learned her lesson and wants to start over fresh," public relations expert Ronn Torossian, CEO of 5WPR, tells me. "No crazy messages on her nails, looking calm and collected. She can't look like she's on a fashion catwalk; rather she should walk quickly with her head slightly bowed. She had her roots touched up before she went into prison and has been gone for such a short period of time, she doesn't have to worry about that. Expect little makeup and simple hair pulled back into a ponytail."
And don't forget Lindsay, you are a great actress -- this could be the most important 30 seconds of acting of your career.
Update: The million-dollar post-jail interview I told you about on July 8 hasn't been locked in yet. Stay tuned!
Don't you think all of the twenty somethings that die in the wars deserve more attention than her. She hasn't done anything but get in trouble for years. I am so tired of all the poor celebs that break the law!
I am sick and tired of the California Justice System--Celebs laugh at it--the press eats it up as opposed to attacking it for its blatant favortism--"F" California and its people for allowing this sh_t to continue, may it go broke and get taxed into oblivion without a Federal bail out( that your state & local governments are planning on--Californians are the bain of the U.S. "F" U Califronia.
You wonder why people are getting fed up with the system? This is a prime example! It does matter if you are famous or not! This justice system needs a kick in the A@@.This is a joke! Average Joe would have been given a much different sentence. He would not be allowed a hair stylist before he got out either. Maybe the jail barber, thats it.....LIBERTY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL ! I think not !
Does anyone have any idea as to how much this "conviction" cost the California taxpayers for a week of jail time for this brat One Week? The "trial" took months. This little loser is using this entire thing for her own publicity. Normally, one would be ashamed for being in jail. Not, Lohan. She's gearing up for pictures and planing her wardrobe and hairstyle. She should leave the jail under a blanket, hiding her head from shame. Is she severely dysfunctional? You bet!
NOTHING is going to "wake-up" this self-indulgent jerk..until the last second when she overdoses or drunkenly hits the brakes AGAIN! She has given NOTHING worthy to society..hopefully she won't take a worthy person with her!
This is the worse case of "favortizm" to a drug addict/ drinker/ car accident. "actor", only an actor she Is. Nothing more, no better than anyone else that would have to do ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY DAYS. That's the LAW. THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW NOW. JUST FOR HER. LILOW.. WHATEVER. Discusting and not fair to others that are not "acting".
When are people going to wake up and realize that the reason this woman behaves as she does is because she is an untreated adult molested as a child and that the molester is her father. You don't need to be a head shrinker to see how he is still trying to control her and is using everything in his power to do so. WAKE UP PEOPLE.
IT SEEMS AS THOUGH THIS "LITTLE GIRL" CAN HAVE HER CAKE AND EAT IT TOO ! SHE AND QUITE A FEW OTHER FEMALE CELEBS CAN GET AWAY WITH ANYTHING THEY PLEASE.......MUST BE NICE HAVING THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM AT HER FEET AND WRAPPED AROUND HER LITTLE FINGER ALONG WITH THE REST OF THE WORLD......A MIGHTY FINE "ROLE MODEL" SHE OBVIOUSLY IS TO THE CHILDREN THAT HAVE TO WATCH AND LEARN FROM HER ESCAPADES......THIS ALSO SAYS A LOT FOR JUSTICE; "THE AMERICAN WAY"!!!!!!!! dlbt
What a joke. She's just another celebrity dirtbag that did a ten minute jail sentence after months of crying about the horrors of her having to go to the slammer. Hopefully she will be released in time for Happy Hour at the nearest gin mill.
What did she learn? That jail only applies to the minions? She should be required to serve the full jail term...otherwise it's just a short vacation break.
Since we have seen this all before, we know how this story is probably going to end. She has had ample opportunity to turn the Titanic around, before it hits the iceberg. I for one will have trouble feeling sorry for Lohan, when she inevitably goes down with the ship.
This is another reason why our court system is so messed up. Of course people of celebrity or higher status get all of the breaks. if she's not going to stay the full 90 days, then DON'T sentence her for that much time only to turn around and use the "good behavior" crap. Whoopdie freaking do if anyone has good behavior, make them finish their punishment. Seriously, I don't understand why so many judges have to be this stupid that they can't stick to their guns.
What a silly mommy! Katie Holmes takes Suri into the water in her clothes as the two spend the afternoon at the beach in Miami. More of Today's Hottest Photos

She wants to know why she went to jail and BILL CLINTON didn't go to jail having a intern go down on him? And that was in the WHITEHOUSE.

Why rehash what is already said? She is an idiot, spoiled brat, etc. I only have 4 additional words. "You can't fix stupid".
