While reports have claimed cushy conditions for Lindsay Lohan in jail, her mother, Dina Lohan, says it ain't so -- and that LiLo doesn't even have a pillow."She doesn't have cell phone privileges, that's absurd. She doesn't even have a pillow to sleep on," Dina told RadarOnline.com yesterday. "I talk to her through glass. There's a phone and we put her on speaker, but I can't even hug my daughter. She's treated like a common criminal."
That said, Dina did admit that the guards and inmates have been "pretty cool" to Lindsay.

Dina, for your information, she is a criminal, jail is not the Plaza. Maybe if you were more of a mother, instead of her friend, she might not be where she is now. The whole family is losers.

they all live in fantasy land. It is all about me. The kid will be back in trouble as soon as her rehab sentence is up. the mother doesn't feel that the kid should take any responsibility for her actions. Do whatever makes you feel good. That is her parenting style. The kid will be dead within a year of OD or drunk driving accident. I just hope she doesn't take someone innocent with her.
Perfectly said, Dina should be in jail with her. This girl never stood a chance with her parents. No one will still step up to the plate in this crazy family and say Lindsay is at fault. They keep making excuses. Get her the help she needs and start acting like parents.
I agree with mw. Dina and the rest of the family need to realize that jail is not club med. They should consider themselfs lucky that she does not have to serve the full 90 days. I belive she should serve her full sentence. I don't wish harm on her or anyone, but I just feel that the time she served is not enough to teach her a lesson, but Dina, at least she will have a pillow and her cell phone back, like thats all thats important to you.
She is a criminal, what the hell do you exspect, she broke the law, now she has to pay for it, If this happened to any of us normal people we wouldnt get out early. Let her pay for her crimes.

Thank you! Her mother Dina needs a reality check. In fact she needs to be in jail with her daughter as a enabler. Everyone else has to follow the law and there is no exceptions for her daughter. She broke the law then wants to change the rules of the judge, her mothers crazy also. When she gets out she needs to go straight into rehab.

What this "MOTHER" needs to get is that she is a criminal too. She just hasn't been charged.
I agree with MW. The mother and father are both screw ups. To be honest, I don't think that Lindsey get it and she'll end behind bars again, it's only a matter of time. They should focus on Lindsey younger sister, so that she doesn't go down the same path.
