While reports have claimed cushy conditions for Lindsay Lohan in jail, her mother, Dina Lohan, says it ain't so -- and that LiLo doesn't even have a pillow."She doesn't have cell phone privileges, that's absurd. She doesn't even have a pillow to sleep on," Dina told RadarOnline.com yesterday. "I talk to her through glass. There's a phone and we put her on speaker, but I can't even hug my daughter. She's treated like a common criminal."
That said, Dina did admit that the guards and inmates have been "pretty cool" to Lindsay.

I raised 7 children and if one was picked up for drunk drivng he/she would pay the total fine....
I tell you what...the next person that gets picked up there for drunk driving and is sentenced to a long term without a shortening of sentence should SUE THE CITY, JUDGE, AND STATE!
Just because you are a drug, drunk movie star you get special treatment? Hear that people? whoever had to serve full sentence should sue them all!

I really wish this had been a Florida case. NO bond on VOP, probably a year and a day in either county jail OR state prison, (having to serve NO less than 85% of your sentence)AND if you screw up again (like she does over & over), the next sentence will probably be 3-5 YEARS!!!! Oh, and the DL is suspended the first time for a year, 2nd time for 5, 3rd time for 10 and after that, permanently. California is the most ridiculous state in the country, and just remember folks, if you want to break the law all the way up to murder, (like the "Beverly Hillbillies") California's the place ya outta be!!!!!

It sounds like Mama's upset that her meal ticket is just about to expire. I don't see this B actress' career rebounding based on all that she has done - mainly, trying to outrun the law and not "manning up" and taking her punishment for what she did. She would have had most of the public on her side if she had only told the judge, "No, I did this and I accept the full punishment." Her "full" punishment wasn't even a FULL punishment - not like you or I would have received....we would have been in there for a year or two at the least, so she was already getting preferential treatment. Oh well, once she is "sprung from the slammer" and does her time in rehab., maybe she could do an infomercial with all the other "has-beens and never was" actors. You blew it, Lindsay, and your mom was no help at all - she's just making it worse. Like Mama, like daughter I guess. Dumb and dumber.
