After a scant 13 days behind bars, Lindsay Lohan was released from Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California, in the early hours of the morning and transported directly to UCLA Medical Center. Her time in jail went by in a flash, but to get truly sober Lindsay's going to have to work for it, and more importantly, stay away from the bad influences that led her to this crossroads.Lindsay and her family wanted the star to serve her court-ordered three months rehabbing at the plush Morningside Recovery facility in Orange County; however, the judge thought this was a bad decision and worried that this facility wasn't serious enough (ie. that drugs could be easily passed to Lindsay there). Therefore, the locale was switched to reliably secure UCLA Medical Center.
"Lindsay is still so vulnerable after only 13 days away from her crazy life," a friend of the actress tells me. "Now, she will have three months to learn the skills she must learn if she has any chance of recovery. It's a super intense program where day after day after day, for the next three months, she eats, breaths and sleeps a life without drugs."

Brat! how many times must we read about her? She has had an easy life, I say stop giving her roles in the Movie business, stop paying to see her, maybe she will get the idea. I've never seen her act, but she can't be that talented.

Good for the judge. At least someone is trying to help Lindsey. The best thing is to keep her away from her money grubing parents.

What kind of an amazing actress, there are millions out there that are as good or better. If you or I were sentenced to 90 days that is what we would serve, what is the BS of 13 days.

Well, here goes Lohan again!! She has the money to fool around with the court systems, go for it Lohan and make the court system look like your personal and private playground once again. Oh by the way, the lawyer looks pretty silly standing in court flapping her lips a mile a minute in favor of Lohan. Ha-ha....and the saga goes on. What a joke to see what money can buy!!!

I know Lindsey is an adult now, but remember she was exploited by her greedy, unstable parents at a very early age, and for many years. She never had the positive role models and loving home situation-it sounds more like everyone who could use Lindsey for profit did so. Hopefully she can clean herself up and stay healthy.

I don't usually respond to this sort of thing, but is this really newsworthy????? Another starlette caught up in her celebrity "status". Who really gives a rat's patooty about this spoiled little Hollywood drunk and her jail time?

I think she needed the full 90 days in jail as a wake up call. I do like this judge though.

Look at her, she looks more annoyed than regretful. So far I believe she has learned nothing. 2 weeks is not even close to break someones spirit.

C'mon, give this pig a bushel basket of coke and let her snort the whole thing at once like the pig she is. She's gonna do herself in anyway so let's move it along. What a turd

No this is not going to make her quit. She doesn't realize there is a problem and more sadly neither does her want to be mother. The best thing that can happen is for stuios to stop booking her, let her self destruct and then get a different life.

So sick of this manipulative, spoiled little "see you next tuesday" Lindsay Lohan. When she was due to go to jail she ran into rehab saying "this is what I need right now" to try and avoid jail. Then after a mere 14 days of her 90 in "cushy star prison housing" she changes her tune and whines when the judge sends her to rehab.

The judge in this case is a self-righteous air head just like all the people who are judging Lindsay Lohan with nothing more to go on than the garbage put out by the trashy tabloids. Lindsay isn't any big criminal and she isn't living a life that much different that most people would in the same situation. The judge is not being objective or un-biased and is listening to all the garbage puked out by the brain dead public. Rehab is just a joke that a lot of pseudo psychiatric types invent to keep undeserved money flowing into their pockets. When I see a few Wall Street criminals put into prison where they belong, I might then have some faith in America's so-called justice system, which is really just another way for the government to pretend it is doing something to benefit society.

Judge Marsha Revel ROCKS!!! She had my vote in perptuity. Finally a judge that looks at the law, not the infamousity of the guilty!!
Thanks, Your Honor!!!

I too found myself admitting that I had a problem and that was the first step and I don't believe we have heard this from Lindsey herself. I have been clean and sober for 18 years and for the rest of my life I need to just take one day at a time, anybody think Lindsey can do that? She will have to change not only her behavior but her friends and yes maybe even her family members that are enabling her, how ever we all know Lindsey is a party animal, She's going to need a very strong support group and lets hope she finds it, and yes there are lots of young people out just looking for half the things that she has and has had and will appreciate it, and it's people like Lindsey that keep it green for me, and I NEVERwant to go back to the life of drinking and druging We shall wait and watch as the soap opera unraviles, Lindsey and the law. Looks like she fought the law and the law won, and I do believe she slips up again it will be THE END A Friend of Mr Bills

she needs psychiatric help. shock treatment will do wonders.

I hope LL gets the help she needs. The judge was right....do NOT release Lindsay to the people who have been enabling her all this time, specifically her mother, who may need some serious help herself. And I hope LL's sister can keep clear of all this. Maybe she should be taken from Dina BEFORE she starts down that path, if she hasn't already.
And the "star bars" need to stop letting underaged "stars" into their bars. They (the bars) do it for the publicity, but they are also enabling these young stars, and it should be stopped.
Good luck, Lindsay! You are gonna need it.
