Lindsay LohanAfter a scant 13 days behind bars, Lindsay Lohan was released from Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California, in the early hours of the morning and transported directly to UCLA Medical Center. Her time in jail went by in a flash, but to get truly sober Lindsay's going to have to work for it, and more importantly, stay away from the bad influences that led her to this crossroads.

Lindsay and her family wanted the star to serve her court-ordered three months rehabbing at the plush Morningside Recovery facility in Orange County; however, the judge thought this was a bad decision and worried that this facility wasn't serious enough (ie. that drugs could be easily passed to Lindsay there). Therefore, the locale was switched to reliably secure UCLA Medical Center.

"Lindsay is still so vulnerable after only 13 days away from her crazy life," a friend of the actress tells me. "Now, she will have three months to learn the skills she must learn if she has any chance of recovery. It's a super intense program where day after day after day, for the next three months, she eats, breaths and sleeps a life without drugs."
