Paris Hilton Sued for $35 Million Over Fake Hair

Heiress Paris Hilton is being sued by a hair extension company for $35 million, TMZ reports. Hairtech International is suing for fraud and breach of contract.

The company alleges Hilton broke the conditions of her contract to wear and promote their product when she wore a competitor's extensions. Hairtech also alleges that Hilton's partying is contrary to their marketing campaign.

The suit claims Hilton, 29, was "seen in magazines and on television not wearing [their] hair extensions and was in fact wearing competitors' hair extension products."

The suit also claims the heiress missed a launch party in 2007 because she was serving jail time. The company says they invited more than 600 hair extension professionals to the party and when Hilton didn't show up, her absence ended up costing the company $6.6 million in potential revenue. Hilton spent 23 days in jail after getting caught driving on a suspended license while on probation.

Hilton's publicist, Dawn Miller, has yet to make a comment on the lawsuit.

fake hair,fake eyes,fake eveything, when ur made in american and ur tag says "made in China" do you really think your gonna get a real contract when everything else about you is fake? i wouldnt trust these people for anything...if they have to alter themselves to appease their ego..and to have self confidence...I certainly wouldnt trust anything they do,say,or sign..because its probably fake,not trustworthy or they just dont give a sh!t !

Ugh! Paris Hilton shouldn't have tried to copy Marilyn Monroe. She does not look good with this copycat look. She is no Marilyn. Not even for her generation.

Ugggg! is right, She NOOOO Marilyn Monroe. Monroe had CURVES ,Paris is just thin and straight.
In my opinion, do what ever you want to you hair, I do braids and extensions on occasion. I find them to be a pain in the butt to keep up. I do them myself because I just don't have the bucks to pay some one..
I wonder if the Hiltons would consider adopting me. I promise I wont cost as much as Paris...... SMILE.....

Actually, if you look at the picture, it looks like Miss Hilton is getting a bit of a belly on her. Thin and straight doesn't seem to be working for her anymore. Too many milkshkes, perhaps?

Such an obvious and obnoxious attempt to rip off Mr Hilton. If the hair extensions were any good the whole group would be using them. Knowing the Chinese, it's probably dog hair or Yak scrotal hair.

Lmbo!!! I hope they win every penny of it too. So she can see what it feels like when you have to be a grown up and do what you say you are going to do. Eventually she is going to be the old broad in the club. Plus no one really pays attention to Paris Hilton anymore. There are other role models out there to actually admire ones that make a difference in the world and not for their hair weaves/extensions. Her hair looks awful in this pic and she is getting AGED...like cheese...:D I will be glad when she grows up and maybe tries to go to college or something.
