Update: Sandra Bullock and Jesse James Photograph Was a Ruse
Sandra Bullock was allegedly spotted with philandering ex
Jesse James in California on Monday.
RadarOnline.com's photo of the encounter features James walking into his West Coast Choppers office in Long Beach, a long-haired brunette beside him, no faces visible.
Then
TMZ questioned the photo, identifying the mystery woman as Hildie Katibah, who is
not Sandra Bullock, but is the head of Pay Up Sucker Productions, which is affiliated with Jesse's bike business.
Now
PopEater has confirmed with Bullock's rep that the woman in question is indeed not Sandra.
"It is not her," Bullock's spokeswoman, Cheryl Maisel, tells us. "Sandra had already left town after the Teen Choice Awards."
West Coast Choppers sources tell TMZ that Sandra has not visited the shop in "a long while" and "definitely wasn't there on Monday."

Photographer Karl Larsen, who took the picture, was convinced Bullock was the brunette. He allegedly told RadarOnline, "There was no doubt in my mind it was Sandra, Chandler and Jesse."
Larsen spent all afternoon spying on the couple, whom he believed was James and Bullock. Staking out the rendezvous, the photographer claims the two went to Cisco Burger and then headed to his offices before driving back to his house on Sunset Beach.
What Larsen ended up with was a photo of Hildie Katibah, pictured at right.
Bullock and James have not been seen in public together since his cheating scandal broke in March.
"Although Bullock has been very coy about the status of her relationship with James, she has indicated that she wants to continue to co-parent Sunny with her former husband," Radar writes. Earlier this year, Bullock adopted baby Louis Bardo from New Orleans. Bullock and James began the adoption together, but after their separation Bullock proceeded without James and is now recognized as Louis' sole guardian.
"Jesse is going to win Sandra back if it's the last thing he does," a friend of Jesse
told PopEater's Rob Shuter in June.
"Sandra and Jesse are talking," a friend of the actress recently told Shuter. "Most of the conversations are focused on the children, but occasionally Jesse makes her laugh and they forget for a second what he did to her. Of course, Sandra misses him. You don't just stop loving someone because they cheated. The divorce is definitely still on, but could I see them getting remarried down the road? It's not impossible."

What a huge mistake. I went backwards in a relationship, and the woman cheated on me again because she knew I was a "soft sucker chump." At the time, I was heartbroken, but over the years I can honestly say that was the best thing that ever happen to me. Now when I hear, see, or feel that kind of woman in my presents. It could have been about the children, but if it is true more power to her she needs to live her own life in her own terms and stop worrying about what people are going to think of her the most sad and regretful people are those who live their lives to please other people. JA is a prime example since leaving Brad Pitt she seems convoluted.

She's shown him that she's protecting herself by going through with the divorce. If she still really loves him and thinks that he can change, I would understand her still spending time with him and his children, as long as it remains on her terms. And no, I don't think it would hurt her career. People love her for the kind, sincere, professional woman and entertainer that she is. God bless her and her future choices in this matter.

I believe he got lost in the shuffle. Not an "excuse". However, his moving to Texas is an obvious move toward being close to her. His children are not her children, yet he is moving there for his kids to be close to her? That cannot be all it's about, obviously. And such a huge home purchase? I think it will happen in time. It is probably happening as we read this.....slowly, and whether they will actually remarry is 50/50. She wasn't quick to do it before, and she may feel that way again.
