Jennifer Lopez Out as 'American Idol' Judge?
Despite on-going negotiations to bring
Jennifer Lopez on as an 'American Idol' judge, FOX may have kicked her to the curb,
PEOPLE reports. "Her demands got out of hand," says the source. "Fox had just had enough." Last week, sources told PopEater's
Rob Shuter that Lopez was only offered the job after several big-name celebrities, including Elton John and Barry Manilow, turned down offers to be permanent judges. "J.Lo was definitely not the first choice," an 'Idol' insider told PopEater. "In fact, she wasn't even the second or third choice."
After Ellen DeGeneres announced her 'American Idol'
departure,
TMZ reported that Kara DioGuardi had "been fired," citing sources connected with the show's negotiations for next season, which will mark the singing competition's tenth installment.
"We're told the show will be going back to a three-judge format and assuming all deals are finalized, the judge's panel will consist of Randy Jackson, Jennifer Lopez and
Steven Tyler," TMZ writes, adding that Kara's only chance at staying on 'Idol' is "if the J-Lo deal falls apart -- but we're told that deal is done."
FOX had been pursuing a number of celebrities as potential judges, including Aerosmith's Tyler. No word on who will replace Lopez.

J-LO has a very interesting new product endorsement on the table. She doesn't need the Idol position.

Jennifer Lopez has so much going for her RIGHT NOW that she doesn't need AI. AI needs her. She has her music, movie career, clothing line, perfume line that are all still successful. She just has taken a little time away to concentrate on marriage and family. But, everything is still successful for her. I think she would have been good on the show. But, maybe she's too much of a star right now and a diva to be a permanent judge.

J-LO would have been a good judge on Idol I'm one of the only ones that like Kara bring her back. Bret Michaels & or Gene Simmons would be great as judges as well on Idol.

I really hope Fox doesn't cave to J-Lo's demands. Who does she think she is? Ridiculously full of herself. I'd love to see Harry Connick, Stephen King (he's a pop culture expert), Jimmy Kimmel, Rachel Harris, Hal Sparks..ANYONE besides J-Lo.

J-LO is lucky they took a 4th look at her and then she's going to make demands. Get lost.

Jennifer Lopez gets on my nerves!!
She's such a friggin diva!! Jenny from the block?...yeah right!!
She needs to get her head out of her @ss...and realize that she's not all that!! She sings OKAY...yeah, she can dance and acts decent...but who cares!! The world does not evolve around her like she thinks it does!!
Good for Fox telling her to go BLOW!!!

J.LO will no longer be a judge on American Idol...HA-HA-HA-HA,good news!!! at least for me and that means I will still watch my show afterall then..If you hired her AI, she'll have non-stop demands as if she's worth it...actually this is her last chance...

to get JayLo there probably have to be plenty of perks give them to her. Her presence would make the bomb next year. Less talking more doing. I would watch just to see her. All these other big butts in town dont have a chance against that bootie
