Rihanna's New 'Rebellious' Neck Tattoo

Rihanna was spotted leaving tattoo parlor Eastside Ink in New York, where she got some new ink on her neck. The tattoo reads "rebelle fleur," which translates to rebel/rebellious flower. She got the tattoo during a late night date in New York with beau Matt Kemp. The couple were spotted hugging and kissing as they looked through a book of designs. The 22-year-old singer is said to have at least 15 tattoos.

Back in January, the 'Hard' singer revealed on the 'Ellen DeGeneres Show' that she had "approximately 13" tattoos, one of which reads, "Never a failure always a lesson."

"It's basically saying that it's OK to make a mistake, just don't make them twice," said Rihanna, who split from Chris Brown early last year after he assaulted her.

There is nothing appealing about her to me. The red hair looks Bozo the clown, all the tattoos looks like a billboard. In fact she is scary looking. the eye makeup she wears is overdone. She always looks like she is going trick or treating. If she take her clothes off she would have nothing.

Isnt it odd that those who change their look every week choose to ink, which lasts a lifetime? How many times can you look in the mirror and read the same dang thing backwards and find it "fresh"? Nothing gets old faster than old ink.

What is it with younger people today and all their tats?! Good grief...I always remember a line from the series MASH whereing Major Winchester refers to tattoos as being "the poor man's artwork"....seriously, LOOK at tats that people in their 80s & 90s have that they got when they were your age and in the military during WW II and the Korean War...ugh! Fading ink on sagging wrinkled skin hanging from their skinny arms! I doubt that clever colorful little tat that sits on her neck or belly or butt will look very appealing in another 40 years when the neck gets crepey and the belly and butt starts to sag! UGH!!!!!!!!

I don't get it... first of all if she was to speak any french... she would of noticed that rebelle fleur is not the proper way to write it... hahaha this makes it all a big joke! If you want to be all cool and write something french, the do it the right way... that just makes her look even more stoopid infront of all people that really do speak french! hahaha
