'Mad Men' star Elisabeth Moss and 'Saturday Night Live' funnyman Fred Armisen have called it quits. The couple, who tied the knot 10 months ago, separated in May, according to Life & Style.
"They have been having trouble for a while. Both want to stay friends, but at the moment that is proving very hard," a friend close to the pair reveals to PopEater.
"Friends fear they fell in love and got married way to fast -- they didn't have a chance to get to know each other and learn to live together," the insider adds. "Everyone is hoping this separation makes them realize how much they love each other."

God how sad. It's seemed like they were so happy. I wish them both a second try because it's so sad to end a relationship. Fred once said there were no words to describe his love for her I hope he tries again. I wish Elizabeth the best as well.

I don't want to be a grammar snob, but the insider quoted as saying "way to fast" should be "way too fast."

Thank you for saying that, I caught that too :)
I disagree. Too means also.
But you are a grammer snob.
You're an idiot, Carol. "Way to fast" is incorrect. It should be "too."
You're not a "grammar snob," you're just a well-educated person who expects those write for and running a major website would actually know English and/or have a proofreader or two in their employ.
It's only snobbery if you do this to your friends in their e-mails. (And, btw, I'm a grammar snob.)
Yeah, the "way to fast" is not to eat. "Way too" (colloquialism meaning "excessively" - so, say that next time) was wanted here. Most of us in speaking pronounce "to" as "tuh"; "too" is always pronounced "too." One should think about that the next time one is tempted to use "to" to modify an adjective or adverb. If people think "too" only can mean "also," no wonder we're in trouble here! And, actually, "way" should have been written "'way" as a shorted form of "away," anyway. Better all-around would have been "much too."
This is what happens when I wake up at 4:45 A.M. (how many know that actually abbreviates "ante meridian" and what that means?) and prepare to go back to sleep. So there.
They were never really "in love".. it was just another sham of a Hollywood celeb marriage....

They're not in "Hollywood", Duh! But, if they're both still on SNL, that's going to be awkward.
Another celebrity couple getting divorced? I'm so shocked.....not!

Wow that is exactly what I thought when I read that! On the other hand maybe he got freaked out by her Scientology ways.
Maybe they married just for the publicity & career boosts. Then again, maybe it really was love, but they didn't have the patience to wait to get married. I just wonder why they don't abolish marriage altogether?

Maybe Elizabeth Moss and Fred Arisen will get back together. They don't have to split.

If they separated in May that would be 7 months. Wow that happened quick...sad

Pansy cowards. 10 MONTHS? Its obvious they shouldnt have got married to begin with..and really probably not be allowed to do anything that requires adult decision making. Pathetic.

Bummer. I'm sad to hear this.....Love Elisabeth. Don't know the hubby much......whatever. Each time a split like this happens it is sad.

As ugly as they both are, I wish them true happiness with their new homosexual significant others.
