Bristol Palin Gets Custody of Tripp; Levi Johnston Has VisitationBristol Palin will have custody of son Tripp, per a settlement in Alaska Superior Court, TMZ reports. Levi Johnston will have visitation rights for seven hours on Saturdays and six hours on Wednesdays.

The couple recently broke off their second engagement, with Bristol saying she was "naive." A friend of the family told PopEater that Sarah Palin wanted to "kick Levi's ass."

Levi will have to pay child support, which will be calculated based on his estimated earnings of $72,000 a year.

Perhaps the toughest thing about the deal is the court paperwork stating both parties agree not to "speak badly about the other parent in front of the child ... or allow anyone else to speak badly about the other parent or members of their family in front of the child."
