Danielle Staub Fired? 'Real Housewives' Star Responds

Exclusive: Danielle Staub is firing back at reports claiming she's been let go from Bravo's 'Real Housewives of New Jersey.' Staub, who is known for her controversial on-screen catfights, insists we haven't seen the last of her. "Actually, I'm not even thinking about season three right now, as I am considering many incredible options that have been presented to me," Staub tells PopEater in an official statement. "Right now, I just want to let fans know that we have a fantastic finale coming up next week and explosive reunion shows on August 30 and September 6. Don't worry next year, I'll still be the one you either love to hate or hate to love."

Life & Style claims Staub hasn't been invited back for the show's third season, adding it "came as a complete shock" (via Huffington Post).

An insider adds that Staub is working on a spin-off reality series (like Bethenny Frankel's), which will focus on her life and her daughter's careers.

"I don't know if there are talks right now about a third season of the show, but I'm more excited about talks of my spin-off than anything else," she told the magazine at her birthday party in New York on August 10.

Staub received media attention during the first season of 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' when allegations surfaced about her party-girl past, supposedly involving drugs, sex and run-ins with the law.

On May 25, Staub released her first book, 'The Naked Truth: The Real Story Behind the Real Housewife of New Jersey -- In Her Own Words,' an explosive tell-all memoir in which she opened up about her scandalous past.

Even more drama surfaced when Hustler Inc. announced it planned to release a 75-minute sex tape featuring Staub. A rep from Hustler told TMZ that the tape was shot last September -- several months after she first appeared on the Bravo reality show.

I gave up rhonj early in the season, at that time I was worrried about violent turn the program was taking. So far nothing has changed my mind. I think if the station is giving Danielle another program it may be the end of Brave & me (not Bravol & I as most of your RH's say). That /Theresa is no gem either, another one who borders on violence.

I don't want DANIELLE BACK!! She is a gutter trash, drama queen. It baffles me that she had a rough hard knock young adult life hanging out with shady thug characters that got her into trouble. Sad to see that it seems at middle age she still likes to hang with thugs and she got young impressionable girls seeing that ish!! SMH

Good riddance!! I would love to watch an episode of RHONJ without her. She is nuts. Just watching her and listening to her on the show is scary. She truly believes that the other women want to cause her bodily harm when it seems like they just want her to go away. I worry about her daughters. She wants them to have careers in music and modeling, I'm not so sure that's what they want.

sorry all youno life people, i like danielle she is the only one who is not fake, like all the others take teresa sorry that she is so spoiled that she can not live in an apt. please???????? did she forget where she came from lol her poor hubby, all she knows how to dois spend ,money, and the clothes on her kids heaven forbid, ev en the new b aby's christening so gaudy o my goodness, and cheap looking just to put on a show ugh?????

I totally agree with you. I believe Danielle. Those other women are such bullies and so fake. That Kim G. ...don't get me started. I just don't like that those wannabe hoodlums that are Danille friends. I just wonder what are their ulterior motives.

She is the only real one??? Have you seen the show??? She doesn't even live IN REALITY. Then she promises her daughter her engagement ring- then sells it to pay for her own crazy spending habits. Wait...maybe she is real...a real piece of work that is!!!

I lived on the east coast all my life. I only know 1 or 2 people who might act like gossipy 5th graders and this Staub is just all out too stressful to watch. Skank is skank no matter what designer it's wearing. She has a huge chip on both shoulders and everyone must bough to her. If anything, if Dina was brought back without Staub, the show could be watchable.

you too wish you had girls or maybe you do who is able to getinto the modeling field, and one who has a talen that is starting in singing and writing songs, all the others on that show are not to happy that they can make it not like there kids jacquline's daughter in a modeling show get off it, no looks and a spoiled brat like the little ones who scream and rant when nothing goes there way, the only one i feel sorry for is joe that poor hubby?????

Why would Bravo give Danielle a spinoff show,when she displays such a negative environment for her girls and glamourizes thugs and they promote bad behavior.This one you got wrong and I will not be a viewer of Staub.Is she a man or trans and that is why she is a supporting cast.Her face look like a pit dog dragged her in off the street.Some sickness should stay in the closet.

I've been waiting for someone to bring up the fact that this lunatic is hanging around ex-cons. What person brings ex-cons to a charity function or any function for that matter? It seems to me that Danielle has run out of friends and the only ones she can find are ex-prison inmates or boyfriends using her to make a sex tape. Some fine example she's setting for her children. I've had it with Bravo and these "Housewives" shows. Enough is enough.

Well surprise the rich lying bankrupt mean girls win again, and if you're not with them or receive their grace or forgiveness for whatever happened 25 years ago - no second chances for you and you'll never be anyone of value. The only good news for me is that I won't have to view Caroline, Teresa, Jacqueline, Ashley or Dina ever again after the season finale. Bye bye girls. Goodbye Bravo.
