Sandra Bullock: Jesse James and I Have 'Moved On'

It's officially over for Sandra Bullock and Jesse James. The Oscar-winning actress graces the cover on this week's PEOPLE magazine, and offers some final words to her ex-husband as well as her gut reaction to his move to her adopted hometown in Texas.

"I support Jesse in his move to Austin," Bullock says.

"We have both moved on with our lives and only want the best for each other. Anything else that is said on my behalf is inaccurate."

The new story comes just days after James was spotted in Las Vegas holding hands with 'LA Ink' tattoo artist Kat Von D. The pair were spotted at dinner on Saturday evening and according to PEOPLE, though the pair dined alone, they sat cozily on the same side of a booth at Palms Casino Resort's N9NE.

"I think he's starting to grasp reality a bit more and the realization that it's going to take a lot longer and a lot more than he thought to bring things back to what they were," a source tells PEOPLE.

Bullock and James married in July of 2005. Just a week after the actress's big win at the Academy Awards this year, Michelle "Bombshell" McGee claimed to In Touch magazine that she'd had an affair with the former 'Monster Garage' host and West Coast Choppers CEO. Shortly thereafter, several other women came forward saying they too had slept with James during his marriage to Bullock.

The actress filed for divorce on April 23, describing the marriage as "insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities." The divorce was finalized in Travis County, Texas, in June, TMZ first reported.

As media scrutiny intensified, the 'Blind Side' actress disappeared from view and wasn't seen in public for months. She resurfaced on the cover of PEOPLE magazine, declaring she'd filed for divorce from James and had adopted a baby boy, Louis Bardo Bullock.

Presently, Bullock is said to be splitting her time between homes in Austin, Texas, and New Orleans.

Everyone seems to have their own opinion on this! I myself, was very disppointed to see Jesse cheat on Sandra. I really thought that two well maybe not so kindred soles (two different life style) had found each other. I guess I was wanting a fairy tale ending here. For you people that seem to think that Sandra is just Hollywood slime. Ummm...who did the cheating here in this marriage? Hello? So who does that make the slimeball, pray tell? Sandra is NOT the one who cheated on Jesse! Get real! No one is perfect, we all know that! However, Sandra was NOT the one at fault in this instance! Call it like it is people! I like Jesse James, but I think he was dead wrong! And guess what...? He lost everything and he knows it! It is called paying the consequences of our choices and actions! There is always a price for that!

I said it before, I'll say it again--> "Burn, Jesse burn!!!" He needs to stick to women like Kat Von D, that's his thing....dirty, with questionable morals. Sandra was too good for him. She (Sandra)will, however, continue to see him, only so she can stay in the lives of his daughters, particularly Sunny. That's who I feel sorry for. That poor girl needs a good female role model and Sandra was that for her until Jesse decided he wanted a peice of a**, despite the risk of ruining his family.

POINT:Sandra Bullock is a great actress who brings to the screen what makes movies magic. Her personal life is just that, personal. But for what its worth, we're both very glad she's chosen to move on; permanently. And we are believing she'll find much more ahead than what she's left behind.

I think Brad Pitt did the right thing by leaving Jennifer. Now there's someone it's time to stop feeling sorry for. Jennifer was quite clear when she married Brad that he wanted children and made a promise to him. Then it became more important to her to try to be an actress then keeping her word to Brad and her marriage. He waited, and waited but she wasn't about to give up her SELFISH obsession with HERSELF! No kids. What was he supposed to do, give up his love for a family? Yes, he shouldn't have cheated but really, they are a very happy family. He loves kids and he wanted to be a Father. It looks like he's a good one too. Jennifer only cares about herself or haven't you noticed that she cannot keep men around for long? Brad is a good man who MAY have acted too soon (he should have left that bag Jennifer first), but it's all worked out. Jennifer is all about herself, look at her desperate attempts for attention, all that surgery, nude pictures, Bikini pictures? Still no one can pair with her. Is that Brads fault?
