Miranda Kerr Confirms She's Pregnant!

It's official! Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom are expecting their first child together, the Australian model reveals in the Spanish edition of Vogue (via PEOPLE.) "Yes, I am pregnant. Four months along," the supermodel gushes. The entertainment world has been buzzing about pregnancy rumors ever since the couple announced their engagement in June and married in July.

The two have been together since 2007 and this will be the first child for both. "He's a sweetheart and that's all I'm gonna say," Kerr told PEOPLE in 2008.

She said a bit more to Page Six Magazine that same year: "My ideal situation would be to live on a farm in a solar-powered house with a hammock and a vegetable patch. When this is all over, that's where I'll be. I've always wanted kids, so someday, eventually, yes, it will happen."

it's not like this is going to ruin either of their so-called careers like it would've if the late Patricia Neal had had the child she conceived with her married 25 years older Fountainhead co-star Gary Cooper in 1950. or same if Joanne Woodward's miscarriage had gotten out in 1958 but it would've been worse for her also cause Paul was still legally married though had filed for divorce when she conceived in the fall of 1957 and she was also an oscar nominee at the time of the heartbreaking loss of that precious child. of course winning that oscar did little to make her happy all she wanted was to still be an expectant mommy yet that had been snatched from her and life felt so empty and cold.

hopefully Miranda and Orlando never have to experience that because they won't get the proper time needed to grieve for a lost child
